Réservation et paiement 7 mois à l'avance vira Promovacances, pour un séjour en Crête à l'hôtel "Sitia Beach" avec 5 amis (60 ans) dans 3 chambres indépendantes : à l'arrivée (minuit) on nous propose une chambre familiale pour nous 5 ! pour toute la durée de notre séjour ! (Petite la chambre, avec 3 lits enfants !) Cela sans dédommagement, sans remboursement de l'hôtel (qui avait un problème de canalisation), ni de Promovacances qui s'en fiche éperdument, la totalité du séjour ayant été réglée ! Hallucinant. Promovacances a été lamentable dans sa gestion, sur toute la ligne. Il a fallu se mettre en colère le lendemain matin, après une nuit épuisante, pour que l'hôtel finisse par nous trouver une solution (ça leur a pris 10 minutes à peine...) Nous avons pu - après avoir déménagé de chambre trois fois - obtenir après deux jours les 3 chambres espérées, et payées. Ouf ! Mais il eût été préférable que cela se fasse dès notre arrivée, et sans avoir à se fâcher très fort. Le séjour en soi, s'est bien déroulé par la suite. (Mais ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, je dirais un petit 4 étoiles). Nourriture assez bonne. Bonne propreté des chambres. Grand Lit 180 x 200 cm, un peu dur. Etat de propreté médiocre des transats piscine. Animateurs très sympathiques. Personnel aimable dans l'ensemble, excepté la responsable de l'accueil, qui a été impitoyable avec nous. Merci au directeur, sympathique, qui a accepté de prendre en compte le problème, et de le résoudre.

Je recommande cette hôtel même pour les deux heures de route merci a tous pour vôtre gentillesse . SITIA petit port de pêche genial la mer ,la plage . Lequipe FRAMISSIMA , les repas que du bonheur les chambres un peut petite mais très propre merci a tous

Le site est superbe, l'hôtel nickel, le personnel agréable. La clef électronique au bracelet ( génial), plusieurs piscines animée ou calmes, parfait avec enfants. A quelques mètres du centre-ville, port animé et agréable. Le seul problème : 3h de route depuis Heraklion, alors qu’il y a un aéroport à proximité, utilisé par les voyageurs du nord de l’Europe; Les 15 jours valent néanmoins ces 6h00 de galère.

Très bel hôtel, clef électronique au bracelet ( génial), repas diversifiés, bonne qualité, personnel très agréable, plusieurs piscines animée ou calmes, parfait avec enfants. A quelques mètres du centre-ville, port animé et agréable. Le seul problème : 3h de route depuis Heraklion, alors qu’il y a un aéroport à proximité, utilisé par les voyageurs du nord de l’Europe.

A week in this hotel was a wonderful holiday. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, very comfortable bed. A small minus - a bit small bathroom, not very convenient to get out of the bath, but it's not such a big problem. I also do not understand why some people write that there is a lot of noise, I did not notice it. Also I do not understand the negative reviews about the food. The food is incredibly tasty and very varied, I am sure that everyone can find something to their taste. The cooks try their best, and the service of the waiters is very attentive, timely and unobtrusive. The rooms are cleaned every day with a change of bed linen. Everything is very clean and tidy. The pools in the hotel are excellent, there is a lot of space and a large territory of the hotel. On our arrival all the rooms were occupied, but there was absolutely no impression that there were too many people, as the territory allows you to feel free. A large number of places to sit and relax, a lot of tables throughout the hotel with beautiful views of the sea and the city, enough sun loungers by the pool and on the beach. A very clean beach and a clean warm sea. The only small drawback is that there are pebbles at the entrance to the sea, it is not very convenient to enter, but these are minor things. I also really liked the spa services, great pleasure and a pleasant addition to the rest. Perhaps the hotel has some shortcomings and perhaps it does not reach the full five stars, (this also applies to the visitors themselves, 90 percent of whom did not bother to follow the dress code at dinner, and then write that the hotel does not monitor this, start with yourself!). In general, this is definitely an absolutely worthy hotel!
