It is a group visit with families and friends. The hotel is around 3 km away from Palani temple. Nice place with clean room n surroundings. Nature view from the hotel is excellent. Food is tasty with good quality and quantity. Staff are friendly and helpful. Manager Christy Lee us a wonderful person who did everything for our happy stay. Thanks to Lee sir and all staff.

Been to temple and booked room, room was clean but about food, restaurant is closed, and they informed us if we pay they will get or order by swingy, morning breakfast they got from outside and gave, it was so worst i can say, coffee no sugar and tea watery with only sugar.

The rooms are around 250 sft, where as mm t has mentioned it as 500 sft. It has good car parking facility, location also good. Restaurant is operational limited hours. The price spent is not worth for the facility i felt.

Clean and new property. Amenities are basic, but adequate. Tariff is on the higher side. Room service was prompt. Food was well prepared and reasonably priced. Did not use the restaurant.

We booked the room on 12th august, paid the full amount and got the confirmation mail. We started our journey from bangalore, about 300 kms from palani with my aged parents and a 5 year old. Upon reaching there at 7pm, was told the hotel had intimated mm t about having cancel-led the room booking. What followed was a 30 min harrowing experience with back and forth between mmt customer service and the reception staff. Finally we were given a room and managed to spend the night without any further hassle. The food and service in the restaurant was bad. Service could be improved
