Sehr zentral gelegener Hotel... Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig. Würde gerne wieder in Sivas hier in dem hotel übernachten...

The staff's behavior are good and respectful , their English speaking is just weak . Whole hotel area and room is clean enough . The room we stayed for one night had low quality and bathroom faucets were beoken . It was my first and I think would be the last time I choose this hotel 🙂

I checked in this hotel with my friends for one night, the lobby is nice, the receptionist is wearing a mask and speaks english, however the rest of the staff don’t understand english, there is an elevator in the hotel, I was given a room in the third floor, it was a small room, clean and fully equipped , the AC is set on heating, it was hot, I turned it off and opened the windows. The breakfast was good.

İki sefer kaldığım otelde son konaklamamda böyle bir rezalet böyle bir ilgisizlik görmedim açıkçası. Odamda 《klimalar ve sıcak su 》maalesef çalışmıyor ve benim madurigetimi karşılamak içinde her hangi bir düzenlemede bulunulmadi farklı odaya gecis yaptırmadilar. Gerçekten yıllardır truxim sektöründe olmama rağmen bu kadar duyarsiz bir işletme görmedim açıkçası. Eger ki paranızı cope atmak istiyorsanız buyurun gidin.
