Özkaya Otel ★★★★

"The location is excellent: about a 20-minute walk from the bus station and 10 minutes from the central square. It was very quiet. The room was very spacious and warm, with two double beds, very comfortable. There was a kettle, tea leaves, and coffee. For some reason, water is available in the minibar for a fee. The bathroom had soap and shampoo dispensers. Cleaning was done daily. There were some issues with the cleaning service regarding consumables: on the first day, they provided cotton swabs, conditioner, and wipes. On the second day, they only provided wipes, and on the third, they didn't provide anything and didn't notice that the shower dispenser was empty. I don't like cleaning staff who decide for themselves that you don't need something. Breakfast started at 7:30 and was excellent, with lots of pastries, a selection of instant teas, and snacks. Hot dishes included fried potatoes, boiled eggs, sausages, and several types of cheese. Excellent WiFi and a very friendly reception."

Accom Hotel Sivas

"Interestingly, the hotel was rebranded as Hilton during the very week of our stay, which came as a pleasant surprise. I even joked with my wife that I had apparently booked our family room at Hilton."
