Tertemiz, konforlu ve ferah odalara sahip güzel bir otel ancak personel sayısı çok yetersiz. buda doğrudan kaliteyi düşürüyor. Akşam saatlerinde otele vardığımda kimse karşılamadı bile, resepsiyonda ki hanımefendi tek başına herşeye yetişmeye çalışıyor. 201 numaralı oda da konakladım, yeterince havalandırılmamış ayrıca su, çay, kahve ikramlığı boş bırakılmıştı. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, çeşitlilik ve lezzet olarak tam not verdiğim tek yer Herşey için teşekkür ederim..

Besides personal not speaking any languages but Turkish (easy solution is google translate) the hotel room we got was very very poor - toilet smell met us at the door got it sorted by opening all taps to flash the sewage pipes but yet smell was there, then water from taps came out as from very poor maintained tap, ventilation thing was full of dust and floor was full of stains. Nice Hotel. Room was comfortable. One or two oversights with the cleaning. Someone's old razor in a draw, dust on the room folder and a cigarette burn hole in the duvet cover. The shower door had a big gap and lots of paint was peeling off the ceiling. Only stayed one night so wasn't bothered to mention the flaws.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was otherwise very nice. Wifi was good. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to walk into the town center. No problem staying here again.

Tertemiz bir otel. Kesinlikle öneririm. Yer olarak da merkezi bir konumda.. Hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadım.. Çok memnun kaldım. Gece geç saatte gelmeme rağmen resepsiyon görevlisi Hamza Bey çok yardımcı oldu... Teşekkür ediyorum kendisine..... 🙂

Sivas merkezde işlek bir cadde üzerinde, etrafında birçok lokanta, market vs mevcut, otopark varmış ben görmedim cadde üzerine park ettim, oda özellikleri fena değil, yatak, yastık rahattı, temizlik sorunsuz, İnternet hızlı çalışıyordu, resepsiyon görevlileri sıcak yardımsever, otelin kahvaltısı lezzetli ve çeşitli. Tavsiye edeceğim bir otel. Bazı noktalarda ufak dokunuşlar yapılabilir.
