Ben özel bir firmada bölge sorumlusu olarak çalışıyorum 12 tane şehir geziyorum onlarca Otelde kaldım ama bu Otel kadar rezil bir yer daha görmedim. Saçımın boyası akıyor diye evden saç havlusu getirdim vücut havlusuna çok az bir şey bulaşmış ve bunun için benden 150 lira aldılar. Beyaz vücut havlusunu eve götürüp Çamaşır suyuyla yıkayınca hiçbir leke kalmadı kendilerine fotoğraflarıyla beraber attığımda sadece mesajları okuyup beni WhatsApp'tan engellediler. 4 yıldır bir fiil ayda en az bir kere olmak üzere otellerinde konaklama yapıyordum Bu saatten sonra kesinlikle konaklamayacağım ve kesinlikle çevreme Hiç kimseye tavsiye etmeyeceğim. 402 nolu odanın tavanı yere damlatıyor perdelerinin düğmesi yok duş başlıkları bozuk odaları temiz değil Ayak kokuyor

Güzel bir deneyim oldu. İş seyahatim kapsamında 1 gece konakladım. Açıkçası internette çok fazla yorum olmadığı için kafamda soru işaretleri vardı. Ama doğru tercih yaptığımı anladım. Park sorunu yok. Merkezin biraz dışında ancak aracı olanlar için sorun olmayacaktır. Fiyatı günümüz şartlarına göre çok uygun. Odalar konforlu. Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Özenilerek hazırlandığı belli oluyor. Fiyat performans olarak kesinlikle 5 yıldız hak ediyor. Tekrar Sivas'a geldiğimde gönül rahatlığı ile kalırım.

4 katlı otelin tek katı haticinde tüm Odalarda sigara içiliyormuş. Belirtmemiz durumunda içilmeyen odadan veriliyormuş. Biz durumdan haberdar olmadığımız için sigara içilen oda verildi. Oda kahvehane gibi ağır sigara kokuyordu. Resepsiyonla iletişime geçtiğimizde başka otelde konaklayabileceğimiz söylendi. Grup olarak konakladığımız için değişiklik yapamadık. Temizlik açısından da temiz olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim, kirli bile denebilir. Kahvaltı açısından çeşit bol ve yeterliydi. 3 günlük konaklamamızda perşembe günü “kına” cuma ve cumartesi düğün organizasyonu vardı. Bu yüzden akşamları kalabalık ve gürültülüydü. Aynı otelde 3 yıl öncede konaklamıştım. O gün ki memnuniyetim sebebiyle tekrar konakladım ama pişman oldum. Kalitesi epey düşmüş.
