Lyndene Holiday Apartments

I booked lyndene hotel skegness on ******* when I arrived at the hotel & walked into the room I found ot used as a storage Room not livable even for a animal it was discussing dirty with beds standing on end extra mattresses painting materials bedding all thrown in the room I contacted ******* & they emailed the hotel. They was told by the hotel manager they they will not give me a refund I really hope that get what coming to them as I'm taking this matter further.

Left 3 family's outside no where to go no help from anyone on phones totally avoid travelled from Manchester to skegness and back to Manchester iam local to skegness and everyone will hear about this not Happy avoid at all costs do not make the same mistakes as us

The key safe that key kept in with a code was unlock on arrival, floor board near bathroom gone eveeytime stand on it, it dip. Mattress cud do being upgraded but for price what you expect. We on first floor putside stair to apar**ent is insafe for ypung family very slippy when wet and a gap between stair and wall toodler can easy full between

Cancelled our yearly family holiday 2 weeks before we were due to go! No explanation at all. Ultimately leaving us to find elsewhere to find alternative last minute accommodation, which most will know it's almost impossible to do. In previous years it was a nice place to stay as a family.. Owners were always helpful and on hand in emergencies etc but it seems to be going abit downhill now. I personally won't be booking here again due to the stress of it being cancelled so close to our booked dates.

There was no information on how to get the keys, then after many phone calls we discovered it was fully booked, we were moved to an alternative property that was freezing cold snd like a prison cell!!!

Disgusting place.

The mini flat that we stayed in was very dirty. There was excrement all over the toilet. The ace was thick in dust and we were given two single beds and when i pushed them together i could tell that they haven't been moved in a long time as the floor was covered in filth that had been pushed under thaer and forgotten about. Im talking tissues covered in blood. And the bed sheets were far from clean. The information boards still have the contact details from the previous owners and the garden has been neglected as is over grown with ****s and littered with cigarette ends. Cheap but very dirty and noisy at night time. Very poor all round really.

Nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews makeout I was on the ground floor had a cooker microwave fridge cutlery pots pans even the frying pan was clean! Nice and quiet even managed to park outside the premises no complaints from me would stay there again.

Not great for a couple! More for work men
