"A gem. Taken over by a vibrant couple this guest house was sparkly clean. From reception to leaving we were made to feel welcome by these warm owners. I found them both happy to chat and help as well as leave us be, whatever our choice. Breakfast was plentiful with a cooked breakfast and continental and fruit also if required. Someone was always on hand if you needed anything. For me, the warmth of the owners with the obvious effort in making everything so clean, made this break more enjoyable. Would certainly return."

"This B&B is amazing . The room is just perfect extremely clean bright and airy . The on suite was big very clean . The bed was extremely comfortable and it’s very quiet area close to beach . The host Paul &Josie are so kind happy and very friendly nothing was too much trouble they made you very welcome and made our stay perfect. The breakfast was the absolute best cooked to order all fresh and plentiful. Can not wait to book again if I could rate this b&b and the host I would give it all 10/ 10 and will be recommending WhiteWays to all my friends and family thank you both for making our stay so perfect From Shirley &Rob "

The Lyndsay Guest House

"Good location - just a few minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and amusement areas. Great food - we had breakfast each morning over our weekend stay, and there were choices of foods available, ours being a well cooked and generously served 'full English' breakfast. The best thing about the Lyndsay was the owners Alan and Linda, who took the time to talk with us and understand our needs, doing all they could to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We will be booking here again next time we visit Skegness. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was lovely and clean. The lady in charge was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in room 7 on second floor. It was a nice room but a little small. The weather was so hot and it made us feel a little claustrophobic. The breakfast was really nice. We were Quite near to sea front. We were given plenty of tea coffee and hot chocolate. Would have been nice to have biscuits too. A fan in the room would have been nice because the weather outside hit 28 degrees. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly. All in all would recommend it, and good value for money."

"Fantastic stay - booked via sykes so had the police to ourselves. Huge family group and there was so much space for everyone. Everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. Super close to a lovely bit of beach, within a quick easy walk. Easy flat walk into skegness within 10 minutes max. Games room was great and was enjoyed by everyone. Loads of games and toys for the all kids. Beds comfy and clean. And all at a great price. Would highly recommend! "
