Free upgrade from a double room to a family room (consists of a separate double room, a single room and one toilet / shower) in a big room. Free onsite parking.
Dinner deal was very great, 2 mains for £15, and big portions! Free welcoming hot drink was available too.
The shower water is hot, yet the water pressure is weak (perhaps it is a "water-saving" style?)
Hot items of breakfast buffet was great, esp. the mushrooms were very big, with free refill filter coffee and tea. It'd be good if there are yogurt and more varieties of bread.
Just 5 minutes drive to town centre / train station.

Good service and friendly staff. Beautiful views of well kept golf course, lovely walk on path next to beach to Skegness centre.
Varied bar menu made evening eating convenient and a good experience.
I would have liked a mirror nearer electric socket in the room

Fabulous stay, couldn't fault anything.
Ideally situated for access to the sea and coastal walks. Great if you are a walker, like myself. I would definitely stay again.

Looks like a lovely place when you enter, but it has its negatives, toilet was dirty upon arrival, which was recleaned after we complained.the bathroom walls were dirty ie not been wiped down in a long time, mould on the bathroom blind and thick limescale around the bath taps. The tvs would not work(no signal) and it took us over an hour to fix the issue, the curtains did not meet so let all the light in, and this morning we discovered were above the kitchen which meant we were woken up at 6am by the extractors being switched on.

it was very difficult to enter the hotel via the main entrance steps. Two flights of steps into our room proved difficult when carrying suitcases. The room wasn't very clean: false eyelashes found on the floor along with chocolate on the chair. This was reported to the reception. Rooms ought to be soundproofed as we spent most of the nights listening to the occupant of next door snoring !! Overall not a very good experience.
