Absolutely amazing really good and the owner Gerry couldn’t do enough for me brilliant. The location is spot on and the rooms are spotless and the breakfast was delicious. I didn’t drive so not sure about the parking but I’m sure you would be able to park close. I would definitely use here again and many thanks

We stayed in the Kings suite wot was fabulous the bed was so comfy there's a large telly in the room the room was spotless and so were all the rooms highest standard off decor ..the breakfast was gorgeous and gerry and isabel were gracious host nothing was enough for them even carried r luggage upand down the stairs we r going back in June and taking friends with us wot go any were else in Skegness now xxx

Highly recommend this B&B! Location is fantastic ! 5 minute walk from all the main attractions on a quieter street ; the same street as The Churchill Pub, which is worth a visit too. The B&B has recently been refurbished and definitely stands out from the other B&Bs in Skegness . I stayed in room 4 which felt more like an apar**ent as it had its own private hallway to the en suite, drinks fridge and a sitting / chilling area in the bedroom. There was a welcome snack pack on arrival too. The breakfast was the best I have in ages ! Thanks to Gerry & Isabel for a great welcome and stay .

Wonderful hosting by Gerry. Very comfortable beds with tempur mattress. Very clean, spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast. Perfect location. Nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend. I will definitely be a returning customer

Booked at short notice based upon previous reviews. Could not fault the room, communication, hosts and breakfast. Great value for money in a really nice street - would not hesitate to recommend and would return when next in the area. Gerry the owner also recommended a great pub at the end of the road.

Just returned from a ten night stay in this exceptional place .. We had the king suite , super comfortable king sized bed with tempura mattress, large wall mounted television , super shower and this all on top of great hosting by Gerry & Isabel . Fabulous freshly cooked breakfasts , along with the obligatory cereals but nothing was too much trouble for this wonderful couple .. Plenty of tea & coffee offerings in the room .. Great central location within minutes of shop,restaurants and the promenade.. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting quality accommodation for their stay .. You pay for what you get and in our opinion it was money well spent ..

Just back from a lovely stay at linroy. We had 3 rooms (2 doubles and 1 single) all were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds and mattresses were some of the comfiest around, no cheap hotel mattresses here, full luxury !. Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful and always cooked fresh. Gerry & Isabel could not do any more for us, gerry really is an excellent host. He really makes you feel at home and everyone arrives as guests but leaves as friends. Thankyou for an excellent stay See you in 2024 !!!!

Really nice guest house in Skegness on a quiet side street The owner Jerry was very friendly and helpful , he recommended a lovely restaurant to eat in the evening We had a dog friendly room which was nice The room was spotless Fresh coffee -and cooked breakfast included in the price which was really nice . Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend

Myself and my wife visited the Linroy for one night end of July as we had a show at the embassy theatre.. I booked here due to the tripadvisor reviews and we wasn’t disappointed.. On arrival we were greeted by Gerry and his wife who directed us to our room.. As it was a birthday treat I booked the most expensive room which was room 4 king size suite. Room was lovely and comfortable, clean with a nice fire place, corridor with an en suite. What made it also great was the mini fridge so it kept our cans cold.. Once we checked in we went to go out and was chatting to Gerry about local restaurants and pubs and he was very knowledgeable. You can come and go as you please and it was great to have a kid free, relaxing couple of days. Breakfast was plentiful with cereals and a full English, nice to see a couple of extras on the bottom and fried bread was very welcoming.. I can’t thank Gerry enough for his amazing accommodation. We’ve stayed in a fair few guesthouses and hotels in Skegness over the years and this rates one of the top ones. Would definitely look to return at the next opportunity! Thank you Linroy
