Lovely bed and breakfast really friendly and helpful owners . Spotlessly clean decorated beautifully breakfast was really good and plenty of choice would recommend it to my friends and family also in a nice position from the centre of Skegness

This g/house (in my opinion) has got to be the best there is in Skegness. My wife and I have had 4 breaks this year (3 nights) We had one in Yarmouth but wished we had come to Fountaindale. It is the cleanest we have stayed in ever. The breakfast is very ample and very tasty especially my favourite fried bread. John and Gemma are absolutely the best hosts and will give there all wherever they can. We look forward to visiting again next year. If you want a spotless b&b, close to the shops and beach all within about 8 mins walking distance look no further Fountaindale will be for you.

Fantastic Guesthouse lovely clean room John & Gemma made us very welcome and could not do enough for us lovely breakfast with top quality food near to shops and seafront but in a quite area plenty of parking.

The photos on this guest house website are a 100%reflecrion of what you find at this wonderful property. Immaculate in decoration,5star cleanliness and wonderful hosts. Nothing too much trouble parkin available on site, room to charge mobility scooters and fridge available in the lounge stocked with soft drinks and chocolate bars with an honesty box plus pots of tea,coffee or chocolate for a very small charge. More than your average choices for breakfast the full English is outstanding. Truly deserving of a tourism award as the reviews on their web site reflect. A genuine home from home!
