I had a great stay at this property and really enjoyed my time there.
It’s in a really good location, only minutes from the main street, the owner Rania (hopefully spelt correctly) is really friendly and helpful, the aircon worked brilliantly, the balconies are a great size, and most have open views of the town and mountains. I’d certainly stay again!
The downsides are that it isn’t super modern, can be noisy at times, and the Wi-Fi was poor.

Sorry, but this hotel was shambolic. The balcony was nice and had a nice and certainly view over Skiathos but everything else was derelict. Usually I appreciate that one gets what one pays for, but what I was charged by ******* for this derelict and rather dirty property was outrageous. Some may appreciate the noisy neighborhood as authentic but in my case it just added to the disappointment.

Simple structure with dated furnishings, but very clean, near the center, with air conditioning, excellent for going anywhere, with an easy-going owner. If you have pretensions, it is better to stay away, if you want essential services, that's okay.

The owner welcomed us immediately, even before the scheduled check-in time; he gave us a hand to orient ourselves by providing us with a map and indications on the most beautiful and famous beaches, restaurants and typical foods to try. One evening when returning from home he also offered us typical sweets. The owner is always in the structure, and ready to satisfy every need; manages a structure 5 minutes walk from the center, from the various bakeries, supermarkets and taverns. The location is quite quiet, away from the noise of the center. It feels like home and has all the essentials for a summer residence.

La struttura offriva per una settimana un prezzo davvero avvincente e l’abbiamo scelto principalmente per questo motivo. È in una posizione davvero ottimale, in pieno centro ma lontano abbastanza dai locali per non essere disturbarti durante la notte. Alcune note dolenti: 1. La pulizia molto approssimativa della camera; 2. Il Wi-Fi mal funzionante; 3. La scomodità del materasso (siamo due giovani di 25 anni e l’abbiamo comunque notato…). Il punto a suo favore, oltre il prezzo, è sicuramente l’ospitalità della host, sempre pronta ad aiutarti ed a venirti incontro: ci ha anche dato la possibilità di fare la doccia in un bagno privato il pomeriggio della nostra partenza, nonostante avessimo già lasciato la nostra camera:
