The residence is in an excellent location....close to the airport, the port, the nightlife, the bus stop... Clean and well-equipped apar**ent, the owner is a kind, helpful person and also speaks Italian. ..absolutely recommended

We stayed for 2 weeks with fantastic views. Nice terrace and the right distance to the beach and town.

Seeing the many positive reviews we expected much more. It is a resort with good potential (the view from above is beautiful and the fact that it is surrounded by nature), but unfortunately it is poorly maintained. The furniture is old, the beds are hard and uncomfortable (the sofa bed does not have a mattress), the pillows are flimsy. The kitchenette is tiny: there is only one camping stove and there were no utensils for 4 people (only two large forks, only three chairs for the table, etc...). After booking we were offered an upgrade to be more comfortable for 4 people and we refused since the price would have increased further, but I believe that the owner himself is aware that our solution is not suitable for 4 people so it shouldn't even propose it on the site and then ask if you want to upgrade by paying more. Unfortunately, the worst thing is the bathroom which is tiny, furthermore the door of the shower cubicle is broken and water and foam comes out of the drain in the bathroom every time you take a shower causing flooding. The outdoor garden is beautiful but poorly maintained and unkempt, so ants, bedbugs, geckos etc... often entered the room despite the mosquito net. The whirlpool and sauna sponsored on the site are out of order: the sauna is not in operation while the whirlpool contained stagnant water. Positive notes are the cleaning which is done daily and the change of sheets and towels every three days and the owner Stavros who picks you up at the airport, the outward journey is free while for the return we had to pay a total of €15 for four people . In conclusion, much more could be done, certainly in Italy it would never be considered a three-star hotel, but seeing the offers on the island even in Greece it is not valid in terms of value for money.

I chose this accommodation among those available by booking with AMEX but we were deeply disappointed. More than a mini apar**ent, it is a room with a kitchenette. Bathroom with broken shower attachment as well as the doors, very hard mattress and flimsy pillows. Small balcony shared with another room so zero privacy. For €145 per day without breakfast we were told that there was no daily change of towels. The price is disproportionate for quality/services. The only positive note is the owner, a very friendly and helpful person.

We stayed at this property recommended by our tour operator... and we were fully satisfied with having chosen it. Very central location less than 5 minutes from Skiathos town and the port. Spotlessly clean rooms with a balcony overlooking a breathtaking view, the kindness and helpfulness of the owner Stravros is unparalleled. We recommend it 100%.

It's a fantastic place, excellent location, close to the beach and all services. The resort is family run and the owners are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it, the rooms are well stocked, well equipped and furnished with excellent cleaning service. The view from the terrace is wonderful. It is the ideal place for a beautiful holiday in Greece and in total relaxation.

Excellent location with a breathtaking view of the gulf! The room was clean and with fresh flowers. The owners Stavros and his wife very kind and helpful. They pampered us by bringing us apricots from their trees every morning to take to the beach. A few minutes walk from the center of Skiatos and nearby Megali Ammos beach. We chose the smaller apar**ent even though he had offered us a larger one to have a nice larger and more panoramic terrace. For the apar**ents at the top it would be better to have a motorized vehicle given the climb.
