Aria Hotel Skiathos

Such a nice personal and special the hotel manager. He tok the time and effort to drive me to hospital, secure that I got help. Nice breakfast and cleaning ladies. Close to town and nice surrondings. We are absolutely gonna recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice stay in the kosy hotel Aria. Near the beach and the senter,that was great. 😀👍the personal,Nasos and Makis are the best,very helpfull and nice guys 🙏thank you sa much,and if we return to Skiatos we will stay at Aria Jos and Afra 🤗🤗

This hotel has the perfect blend of location, views, ambience and facilities and we would recommend to anyone looking to being close enough to Skiathos Town (Bus stop 4) but also nearby to some great beaches. We travelled as 3 couples and booked the deluxe rooms on the top level of the hotel (B1,B2 & B3) which were all different in layout and design but were very well appointed with superb views, great layout and very comfortable. Makis and Nicole really do know how to run the front of house and seem genuinely interested in making their guests feel at home whether you spend time around the pool during the day or venture out to the various beaches and return to the hotel later. The room amenities are good but tea & coffee making facilities would be and added bonus for the early birds amongst us. Breakfast was basic and adequate with enough variety to suit most tastes but a toaster would be a great addition. The pool area was very nice with fantastic views over Megali Ammos beach but seemed to lack a little atmosphere One thing that is not very well promoted is the additional breakfast menu and bar-snacks available. It wasn’t until the last couple of days that I realised I could order a Greek Coffee to accompany breakfast and on our final day had the most amazing moussaka cooked by Makis who is a great chef! All in all, I would recommend this hotel as a great base with good facilities but would you need to book one of the rooms with a view to make the most of it.

Perfect location, close to the town, local beach, and the bus stop connecting us to several beaches. A very nice pool area, and a great and friendly staff, made our stay a joyful experience. We stayed on the lower levels, but would recommend to stay higher up to enjoy the wonderful view from the balcony.

We booked an enconomy room, it says on the webb that every acccomondation has a view over the pool and garden, but we had to go down 3 levels, before we came in to the room the cooridor smell like sewer, then we got into the room and there were strong smell of mouisture and mold. As IF that werent enough the so called balcony we view of an unfinished building. We made complains but they couldnt or wanted do anything about it. We had contact booking,com, they asked Aria to make an exception for us, but they refused. They have false advertising and they have NO feeling for service because they don't know what it is. PS! Although the check-in was 15.00, but it wasnt ready until 15.30.

Beautiful pool and stunning view from hotel. Very tranquil and chilled atmosphere. Although I came solo one particular bar man was very friendly and has superb service. Although coming alone the manager was very friendly towards me and even ensured my transfer was secured even though I didn’t ask for him to help me. My mother and father visited and came to the pool where we had lunch one day and even though they weren’t staying at the hotel they were treated very kindly and we enjoyed a great lunch at the hotel.

We had a room on the top floor, which was a lovely clean room with amazing sea views. Breakfast was much the same as every Greek Hotel that we have stayed in, which suited us perfectly. The friendliness from Makis and the rest of his team certainly stands out and makes a good hotel great. Pool area has been updated recently and has added room for more sun beds. They are in the process of adding a further three rooms on the second floor which will have the same fantastic views as the top floor.

We were slightly worried on arrival due to some old reviews that made out that rooms/staff and breakfast aren’t nice - they were completely irrelevant, this hotel is a wonderful the rooms are lovely, staff are incredibly helpful, kind, welcoming and chilled. Breakfast was organised, relaxed and had everything you would need.) ROOM: (standard) We had a room two levels below reception and it was perfect! Newly decorated, great air on, comfy beds, nice decor, hot shower, nice sheets and towels, nice lighting. All rooms have a balcony at this hotel! The balcony was fine, nice view of hills one side. Didn’t matter there was not a sea view as at the pool area, restaurant and bar area there are incredible views and you can go there any time. Great cleaning service at the hotel - thank you ladies! Our bed, bin, floor and towels everything was done most days. You can leave your keys in a pigeon hole or hand then to the cleaning ladies who are always around if you need anything. You can get a lift or use the stairs up and down. POOL: Stunning area, lots of new furnishings at pool area. Just beautiful too look over from breakfast and lovely to be in. Very comfortable sun loungers and shaded seating. Ask staff if you want the parasols erected as they are huge! Really clean area. Pool was gorgeous and perfect. When we were there there we’re very few children and not many people smoking. People seamed to ask for an ash tray and smoke on the balcony by the pool rather than on the sun beds (as they are new cushions!) you can order simple drinks and toasties by the pool. Lovely ice coffees and cold drinks. Also hot tea and coffee of course. BAR/RESTAURANT: Breakfast was from 8-10 while we stayed. Lovey bread, square toasts, spreads, cornflakes and milk, cheese and ham, feta, cucumber, tomatoes and olives with Greek yogurt and honey on the side. Fresh orange juice and another juice. Plenty of hot coffee with crème or milk. Breakfast tea or green tea. You can ask for an iced coffee or different coffees! We loved breakfast each morning looking across the sea to the beach, hills and pool. My mum and I love a few drinks and the bar was always ready. We players cards until late sipping white wine, and rum and lemonade. Markis even bought jack daniels as it is my usual go to drink. Anything they don’t have, they will get! Same regards to food. Markis (gorgeous manager) is also a chef but the kitchen isn’t quite ready yet - sure it will be further in the season. Despite this - they do toasties if you want for lunch and I’m pretty sure he would make anything you wanted! The restaurant not yet being open for dinner was no problem - there are gorgeous restaurants and snack bars everywhere a very shot walk from the hotel. LOCATION: Perfect! Really short trot the the beach and all of the tavernas meglia ammo’s has to offer (1 min walk including small hill). We showed up unexpected due to a cancellation from *********** that we had no information about. Maikis, our hero, fixed everything for us and we had a nice one week stay.
