MR P. Boutique Residence

Disappointing place, misleading photos especially regarding the view, the sea can be glimpsed from the side but in front of the tiny, very noisy and very dusty balconies, there is an enormous, rotten and scary electricity pylon. The room cannot be called a suite, there were no separate rooms but only a room with a sort of plywood cabinet acting as shelves and wardrobe. The bathroom was tiny, old and with no hooks or shelves on which to place a dress, a bag, anything. We found the broken hooks leaning against the sink, doesn't Mister P do a reconnaissance tour before letting the new guests in? There was even a dirty sheet thrown on the couch. Furthermore, it is true that there are runners on the bed in the photos, but one always hopes that they are old photos and that the hoteliers have understood that non-washable fabrics are disgusting in a hotel, and no one wants to see that dusty stuff on your bed. But then, huge and dirty carpets, sad curtains, belly-high mirror, in the sense that to look inside you have to kneel down, and you can't sit down because there is no chair (you used the only one to put your suitcase on, otherwise you would have to open it on the floor). Lampshades are huge chandeliers that hang from the ceiling at the perfect height to hit your head on every time you take something from the bedside table. really all very, very sad, nothing more than a "boutique hotel". Days ruined thinking of having to return to such a scruffy place. Never again. Except for the cleaning lady, who only spoke Greek but at least was smiling and kind (Mister P's cleaner, on the other hand, is elusive and cold and never showed up after arrival).

From the photos everything seems bigger and above all everything newer. The room is practically half of what you see in the photo! Ditto the bathroom! Not to mention the shower. Looks like it's for kids! The place is undoubtedly very central but at night it is impossible to sleep with the balcony open. The cleanliness of the room is superb. I stayed 11 days and the room was always splendid. Skiatos is very beautiful but next time I will definitely go elsewhere. I attach photos and/or videos
