Hotel Osmine

Honestly, I wasn’t very excited about going to Croatia at first. But as soon as I arrived at the airport, my mindset quickly changed. In Osmine, the landscape around the hotel was simply breathtaking. I hadn’t seen anything so beautiful in a long time. And everyone was so kind in that hotel! As for the animation team, I hope you see this message because you were amazing! You always gave your all to create a fun atmosphere and make people happy. By the second evening at the hotel (after the Karaoke night), my family and I were greeted by you with a lovely dance routine to an Indian song. It was such a sweet gesture—thank you! Here's a little message for each one of you: • Olessia, thank you for inviting me to join a meditation session. I really needed it, and I’ll try to practice it on my own! • Hugo, thanks for being such a good sport during volleyball. I’m not very skilled, but I love that game. Thank you to you and Karim for continuing to encourage me :) • Karim, I really appreciate the words you shared with me on our last evening. They will help me move forward. Stay just the way you are, don’t ever change and always keep your positive attitude. Thank you to the entire team for quickly coming up with another evening event after the "Fakir and Fire show" was canceled due to rain. I had such a great time during your Caricature Quiz! Lastly, I have to admit that I wish I could have gotten to know you all better and that I will never forget this place and the wonderful people I met there. Thank you so much! As a family of 4 with my husband and young adult children we booked this hotel for a week's stay. We got contacted by our travel agency two days before departure that the hotel cancelled our booking without giving any explanation or offering any alternative accommodation. Though our agent tried their hardest to find an alternative accommodation, with the cancellation this close to the departure date they were unable to secure a new reservation and our holiday got cancelled. There are situations when hotels may overbook and they have to 'walk' people, which seems it has been the case with our booking, but the lack of transparency in communication and taking no responsibility for the consequence of their actions indicates poor management and bad business mentality. This attitude makes us think, if the hotel perhaps seeks quick financial gain and not satisfied customers who are the guarantee for long-term business success.

Sorry but this hotel is not 4 star. The one positive about this hotel is the view and it is quite clean Apart from that the beds are super uncomfortable, the drinks are undrinkable! No cocktails, no choice of beer, no lemonade, flat cola. No breakfast tea. Food is okay but very basic compared to other all inclusives I have been to over the years. I am an avid traveller and don’t write negative reviews often. They don’t tidy the sun beds away in the evening they are just left all over the place, the sun beds are hard plastic and if you want to buy a lilo or cushion from the shop, the shop is cash only! Oh and you can’t get cash from the hotel and it’s in middle of nowhere so no good thinking you will just pop out to a restaurant or bar. The evening entertainment is non existent so pretty boring and nowhere to go so spent some nights watching tv in the room. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Awful budget room which is not what we paid for,Mattress the worst I have ever slept on and as for the pillows..The bin is the best place for those.Basic room with a view of the Bins and delivery vans daily..even though we paid for a sea view and a sofa in the room as advertised.No adult pool just the small one for children which again was advertised as not really for families which is why we chose this one.If you have mobility issues forget getting onto the Beach as there are steps and slopes are very very steep.Food was very hit and miss unless you like chips/wedges daily.Will not be returning to this Hotel due to all of the above and rude staff who are unhelpful and really do not care about their guests needs.

We had a great time at the hotel, the food was great and the facilities were very good (paddles, kayaks and bikes available for free). The entertainment team was also absolutely fantastic, and especially their leader Kox who is very friendly and approachable and can turn fakir at will!!
