Cozy British Victorian hotel located on the hillside of Sliema, with two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool, a rooftop bar, large fitness room, spa & sauna, and lots of sun bathing seats. Located at a five-minute walk to the ferry port. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a fantastic sushi and asian food restaurant on top of the building. Special nights, like Maltese food nights, are served.

I stayed for several days at both the Victoria Hotel and visit the connected by the rooftop, their sister hotel The Palace. You have to start with the fact that these are not 4* and 5* hotels. Perhaps they were when they opened 20 years ago, today it is a maximum of 3* and 3.5*. They are simply dated, you can see it and smell it. If we are aware of it, almost everything else is ok: very friendly service (special thanks to the nice, elderly man at the reception), tasty and varied breakfasts, cozy swimming pools and rooftop bar. The quality of cleaning the rooms needs improvement, the location of the rooms is cruicial (avoid rooms from the driveway for deliveries, unless you like to hear knocks and screams from 6am onwards). And the price: if you manage to find an offer up to 100e / day, that's ok, above that is not worth it.

Bellissimo hotel stile British, nel cuore di Sliema. Personale gentile, sorridente e cordiale. Camere molto spaziose. Colazione ottima con svariate scelte per accontentare tutti. Servizi condivisi con il vicino 5 stelle palace, che danno all’hotel un valore aggiunto. Una nota a favore della responsabile della reception, sempre più che disponibile, e con attenzioni per tutti gli ospiti, il che fa la differenza (tutti dovrebbero imparare da lei!!)

Wonderful short break for our second year wedding anniversary and birthday celebration. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff is very nice and very helpful. Restaurants are exquisite and even the breakfast. We will be back again for sure. Thank you ♥️
