Terrible experience. Apparently the stars either give them as gifts or bought them. More than a 4 star hotel it could have been a poor 2 star. As soon as we entered the room we found water on the floor, after asking for explanations we were justified by saying that the room had just been cleaned and that the floor had not been dried. Room a little neglected, with sockets coming off the wall. The bathroom door was all ruined and wouldn't close (not the lock, just the door) we repeatedly asked for it to be repaired but it was never done. The mini bar fridge didn't work and it was changed after 2 days. The WiFi was terrible, it never worked. The TV wasn't picking up any channels and after reporting it to reception we were given a card to insert and we no longer had any problems with it. One morning we woke up to find ourselves without water in the bathroom. Out of 3 elevators in the structure only 1 works, it is very, very slow and a maximum of 3 people can go up at a time. Breakfast was not provided at all and even the drinks dispenser was out of order and you had to leave the hotel to get to the room where breakfast was served
