We loved staying here, and wished we had booked more than one night! We all felt cozy and when we called ahead, we were able to check in early, which was fantastic.

What a great find, I come down for meetings at my HQ, I have stayed in a number of places but have now found my place. The check in experience with Sarah was great, even though she was spinning multiple plates at the same time. After a 5 hour drive perfect to check in, grab a pint and check mails in the garden. Nice. Thanks to Sarah.

Great value. Excellent service — especially from manager/bartender Cherry. Charming hotel room. Very nice dining room in the pub with a well-considered menu. And the history of the place was fascinating. Convenient to Heathrow and Windsor.

The Ostrich Inn was the perfect place for our final evening in the UK. We had a lovely pub dinner, an excellent sleep in our spacious room, and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the inn. Getting to Heathrow for our early morning flight could not have been easier. We will be back!

Quaint - lovely old old hotel just 10 minutes from Windsor and half the price….with free parking. Love staying in pubs and this charming old coaching inn ticks all the boxes for me, right down to the iggledy piggeldy staircase up to the rooms. Comfy bed, all amenities in the room and a huge shower - bathroom a little in need of some repair and love but eminently usable. Food in the bar / dining area lovely pub grub, nicely cooked and of course, being a pub I was able to take my nightcap drinks to my room. Loved watching the big steel birds fly over every 30 seconds or so, captivating…and a 7 minute drive to Heathrow for my early morning departure. Fab. I will be back 👍🥂🍻

The Ostrich is an old Inn and as usual it is easy to see how the charm and history of the place adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast like all places in the UK is not cheap, but it is cooked well and the choices are great for vegetarians and meat lovers. I stayed with my daughter to visit family and we had a room with twin beds facing the main road. Apart from the odd heavy goods lorry, the noise from the road is minimal The rooms are clean, well kept and in terms of the bathroom is modern and spacious. From all of the choices around where my family live this is a place I have returned to a second time and enjoyed it as much as the first. In terms of service, breakfast can be a little slow when busy, but the waitress is wonderful at keeping you informed and taking care of you. Check in and out were simple and quick I will definitely return here
