Premier Inn Slough

Great stay. Staff very welcoming. Restaurant staff extremely good. Food was to be expected and was nice. Hotel served its purpose after a long day at the Royal Horse Show. Very satisfied

The room was not properly serviced - soap dispensers not working only 1 towel seems stuffy. car parking was confusing and the charge - still not sure if I paid. When asked at breakfast by the manager about food, i replied ok at the time - he replied is that all !!!! and then went on to make a fuss over 2 X vip's. see if they contact me - doubt it.

We stayed here for one night before our package deal to Legoland so we would get 2 full days in the park. On arrival there were 2 staff working on reception both were dealing with 3 men trying to book rooms, we were left waiting for ages with our children who were tired, they could have easily checked us in but left us waiting so it didn't get off to a great start. Once finally checked in we went to our room where the air conditioning wasn't working so our room was really hot we had to have the window open, we didn't complain we wanted to get the children to bed. Later at night there were other guests just sat in their cars in the car park by our room with engines running, shouting and swearing at 11.30 at night. Rooms are a little run down and need a update especially the bathroom in our room, small rooms too. On check out we didn't complain because we were running late (due to a bad nights sleep) and wanted to get to Legoland. Once we got home we emailed to complain about our stay and they are refusing to refund us under the goodnight guarantee even though it was a very bad experience, definitely below the usual premier inn standards!! Would really recommend Holiday Inn Slough if booking a Legoland package, super friendly staff!!

Stayed here in Feb 2024 when visiting friends for a couple of nights Normally I tend to be picky on location re Premier Inns, but a friend suggested staying at this location, fine with me. Standard and consistent Premier Inn standards, you know what you are getting. Room was fine, nothing wrong with it at all. Only minor issue, which Premier Inn can do little about was noisy guests, but I was generally able to sleep through it with minimal disturbance. The staff were good. On the 2nd night I was there, upon return to the hotel, there were so guests who were less than happy with something with the staff, and it was clear that the "clientele" (use that word loosely) wanted something which the staff was attempting to sort. Wasnt sure of the outcome, but hey ho, its central Slough. There is a charge for parking and to the uninitiated, could end up with a parking invoice if they are not alert. Breakfast was fine on both mornings and was good. Only issue here was that the toaster took a liking to cremating the bread, controls were locked, so not much we can do. Other than that, a perfect fine stay

This stay was perfect for visiting legoland harry potter studio has parking extra cost but cheap enough . Has a sainsbury's next door and mcdonalds close by was a perfect stay for a 9 year old !

This was another stay in a decent Premier Inn. Room nice and clean and plenty of parking. Not much nearby but large supermarket next door. Quite enough at night despite being located on a busy main road. Food was ok in the restaurant. Be aware when checking in, large signs and leaflets advising you that car/van thief’s operate in the area so appears they have an issue with this. Doesn’t fill you with confidence when leaving your van overnight.

Cristian was very welcoming even as we came late in the evening felt right at home we hope you can let him know how much me and my family appreciate him also hopefully compensated. But overall very happy stay and the beds are sooooooooooooo comfortable

great stay as always, great staff especially Aneta for breakfast. first first as needing a dairy free diet, very limited choice no oat or almond milk or yoghurts. Conflicting advice on menu qr code allergens and what staff said I could have.

Stayed for 3 nights. All staff were extremely friendly, room was clean, food was very nice. The Easter bunny also visited which made our children very happy! Location was perfect for us to visit legoland and do some plane spotting.
