Premier Inn Slough Central South

Clean and comfortable room. Safe area. Walked to Windsor/Eaton area. Bit if a walk, but easy to do. Staff were always pleasant.

We stayed here after our day at legoland, great location, welcoming and friendly on arrival. Clean and comfortable room although air con could with being a bit cooler, was set to 26°. Would probably use this premier inn again if visiting the area

I’ve never felt so welcome in a premier inn before! The staff where fantastic I asked them if they could put a postcard saying happy birthday to my daughter and wow did they do that we come back after a long day at legoland to a surprise of banners balloons a gift and teddy we was all so surprised in how much they done thank you! The food was great the staff was fantastic so helpful and kind. We had 3 room book for 8 of us as we was there for my daughters birthday and going legoland and we will definitely be returning soon

Visited many Premier Inns over the years so you know what to expect usually with the rooms/ breakfast. However the staff here were just lovely, helpful and friendly. Every person we spoke to was lovely!

Worst stay ever, at 5am the fire alarm went off. I went downstairs and the employees advised that the fire alarm malfunctioned and there was not a fire alarm. For the next 20 minutes the fire alarm kept going off and on. The whole hotel was wake children were also all awake. Meaning I couldn’t go back to sleep. Children where running up and down the corridors all morning because they was awake from the fire alarm. ‘Guaranteed good night sleep’ is your slogan. I can guarantee that was the worst night sleep. Not to mention I booked a ‘family room’ and on the night the sofa bed had no covers and duvet on it. When we went downstairs to reception they advised they won’t provide any duvet. Eventually on the second night after much convincing they provided a duvet. Both nights we had a terrible sleep

The location was great, especially as there is car parking at the evening and weekends which I had not been prepared for. The beds were amazing, we slept so well. However, I HAD A DIRTY BATH TOWEL! It was covered in makeup that I had not seen. I would have expected the cleaners to check that new towels were put in the room. It feels as though because one was folded up, it had not been used, however, this was obviously not the case.
