I know it’s tempting to pay less, but it’s worth paying more to stay somewhere better then here. It started off the side door being zip tied open 10 o’clock at night. This did not make me feel safe. I tried calling the front desk multiple times to tell them. I walked down to let them know, and he was outside on his cell phone. Hence, why he did not answer the phone…. He took the zip tie off and explained they put them on during the day but take them off at night. He said some of the cameras don’t work and the key cards don’t work on some doors. Unfortunately, my good intentions got my husband along with other travelers stuck outside…. The next morning, there was a large cigarette ashtray propping the door open. The elevator was making noises that an elevator shouldn’t make. We thought it would be safer to take the steps, but even though the steps were to be used in case of a fire, the stairwell was locked. The room was very gross and I didn’t want to touch the bed, even though I was exhausted. The bathroom had mold all along the ceiling and I spotted a cockroach. We all slept in our clothes and did not use the shower. We only kept the necessities with us. Our next stop we stayed somewhere a little more expensive and it was so worth it!

Volveria!! Lo recomiendo.

We had the king suite. The service was good! The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. The aesthetics of the building were great. The foot traffic was a bit sketch. The pool was closed, which sucked because our visit was at the end of July and the a/c was out in the lobby and the elevators. It would have been cool to take advantage after an afternoon at the outlets or a night swim after dinner. There were no extra towels, no bathroom towels to put down on the floor outside the shower and no trash bags of any sort. The front desk said they were completely out. Be careful in the shower! It’s incredibly slippery!

The hotel has been purchased by Hilton and is under renovation. Some of the furnishings are on backorder and parts of the hotel are under construction. However the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our room was brand new and super clean. We had a busy weekend and only needed a place to sleep, so the renovation didn't affect us very much. I believe when it is completed the hotel will earn a 5 star rating.

My brother and I stayed over one night while traveling to visit friends in Georgia. We had stayed here in the past and it was very comfortable. Our check in was brief and efficient-we checked in on a Tuesday night and left the following morning. The room was clean and the staff accommodating. Due to COVID, they will change your linens every few days unless you request otherwise. They will provide clean towels when you ask for them. There was a Keurig coffee and tea service in the room along with a microwave and refrigerator. We had a breakfast the following morning which had a choice of breakfast foods, a pancake machine, yogurt, bacon, eggs, turkey sausage, tea and coffee. it was an all you can eat buffet in a comfortable setting. The only dissatisfaction was a noisy refrigerator which cycled all night. it could not be unplugged. Otherwise, it was an uneventful stay and I would stay here again due to the convenience of the location and service.
