Добрый день. В отеле WEST, останавливаюсь с 2018 года, ежегодно 3-5 раз в году, приезжая в город в командировку. Все устраивает - цена, качество, чистота, отношение персонала, место расположения...Обычно за неделю звоню на ресепшен отеля и бронирую номер. Так сделал и в последний раз. Забронировал 2 стандартных номера на 2-м этаже по цене 2100 руб./сутки. Так как командировка выпала на выходные дни (5-6.08.2023 г.), решил привезти с собой - жену, маму (80 лет), внучку (11 лет), заказал им на 13.00 час. индивидуальную экскурсию по городу. Перед экскурсией решил завезти вещи в отель, оставить их на ресепшен, если номера еще не готовы. Звоню на ресепшен, и узнаю что на мое имя ни какой брони нет. Свободных номеров стандарных тоже нет, только на 3-м этаже, где удобства значительно "проще". С большим трудом удалось найти 2 свободных номера ( в субботу, фактически в день приезда) в другом отеле. В городе в выходные дни проходил фестиваль русской еды, погода отличная, свободных номеров в отелях нет. У меня вопрос к Администрации отеля WEST, как такое возможно??? Как можно исключить подобные "сюрпризы"??? Может после бронирования, по телефону, пусть Ваши сотрудники присылают на (телефон или эл. почту) подтверждения о бронировании??? Так поступают во многих отелях. Например, я был бы не против внесения какой-то части денежных средств, в качестве предоплаты. А так, я остался в "дураках", прежде всего в глазах своих родственников, не могу ничем доказать, что я звонил и заранее бронировал номера...
