"Absolutely the best hotel in Smolensk, to my mind! My wife and I stayed there in early June. It's brand new, shining clean, boasts excellent location on the embankment of the Dnepr River, and offers comfy rooms with good sound insulation. The girls at the reception look like beauty queen pageant winners, and they are also competent, efficient, and ready to help. On the ground level, an exquisite à la carte breakfast is served that may be ordered in advance. In the evening the place is transformed into a posh restaurant called Lanin that offers scrumptious local food and is regarded as one of the best—if not the best—in town. The parking space in front of it is large, CCTV-equipped, and guarded round the clock. It's free for the hotel guests. The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century vocational school and is elegantly illuminated at night. Strongly recommended. A gem!"

"Only ten kilometers or so. I went there by car in June. For dinner with a business partner. It was him who invited. An excellent place! I parked my SUV next to the outdoor terrace, and the entire evening had a calm, easygoing vibe of a coniferous forest. Amazing! It was more fat-chewing than eating. Just a vegetarian platter, some langoustines, some beef patties with potato wedges, a non-alcoholic Mojito and tea for myself, and two glasses of white dry wine for him. We were fortunate not to face any live band playing (I noticed a scene and huge loudspeakers). Just non-intrusive muzak. The service was immaculate. The dinner came to about RUR 3,500 (≈USD 39). Their validated parking was free of charge. A great location to while away the evening!"

The room is quiet, warm, bed and mattress and pillow - good, I have no questions to them. In terms of price-quality at all excellent! The minus to the hotel does not apply - this area is almost not working."

"Everything would be good if it weren't for the administrator, Shulga Galina Ivanovna spoils the impression. A woman seems to be aged, but behaves very arrogant, in hamstring, daring. I don't understand what it is difficult to find a friendly adequate girl with a stable mentality for the job of the administrator. I probably won't come again."

"The hotel is a half kilometer from the station(which is not far) and a couple of kilometers from the center (in principle too not far), with a backpack can be reached on foot. The hotel is located in the industrial zone, across the road from the TC Galaxy (in the galaxy there is a grocery store) next to the Zadneprovsky market and cafes with street food. Hotel from the class of the economy(bed and breakfast), not expensive, so I evaluate on the price principle of quality. Very kind and caring staff, not often such you will meet, young people, thank you!!!! The breakfast is delicious. The teapot is given in the settlement, the water cooler is on the first and third floors. There is a soap gel for shower and shampoo. The hotel has a lot of rarity things from the past and metal structures (creative people!). Very thin walls between the numbers and very strong hearing (for whom it is important,- take the berushes)"

"Hotel chic room price was 2000 a day chic room everything is needed and the teapot gave sugar tea coffee all super . The staff class girls kind will always help . We also visited their sauna with a pool this wau parilke super pool a huge warm child was delighted , still can wash at all perfectly and also look good . Well, the cafe there cooks though young but cook divine fingers licks and not expensive . We advise everyone and the location is chic quietly and beautifully."

"A great place in the center of the city. The room has air conditioning, paddle, smooth board. In the bathroom- shower, tooth sets. Every day bring a large bottle with water. Client-oriented administrators. Interesting menu breakfast-3 dishes for choice. Minuses-no parking, very thin pillows, bad wi-fi, was falling off constantly. The cook was on vacation, the cafe didn't work, only for breakfast, no bar on the receptacle. It's actually a guest house. The room is dark, the light only turns on by the switch at the entrance door. And from the raid all the mixers are white. The mini bar is not available, the safe on the key- will be brought as you wish. In step-by-step availability Dixie, coffee shop, mandarin gum and a little further - a pleasant bar with snacks and alcohol."
