Неоправданно мало отзывов о таком замечательном месте! Останавливались здесь по пути в Белоруссию. Очень чистый, уютный отель. Приветливые администраторы и персонал. В номере есть все необходимое (щетки, гель для душа, тапочки), а так же чайные наборы. Помимо воды в номере, на этаже есть кулер с водой. Завтрак входит в стоимость проживания и включает в себя два блюда на выбор, так же йогурт и кекс. Персонал в кафе в при отеле очень приятный и гостеприимный. От ужина в кафе остались самые приятные воспоминания, все свежее и качественно приготовленное. Большая парковка перед отелем. Сопоставляя стоимость проживания и качество услуг хочется сказать лишь большое спасибо, что за такие небольшие деньги получаешь такой сервис. Однозначно, если будем еще в Смоленске выберем «Чемодан».

Бессердечное и бесчеловечное отношение к людям. Ребёнка, пока ждали такси, в минусовую температуру, выгнали на улицу. Получается, если не забронировал, то стой и мёрзни пока номер не купишь. В пятёрочке и то лучше к людям относятся. Такое отношение администрации к людям, а она лицо гостиницы уже говорит о многом и явно не в лучшую сторону.

Отель «Чемодан» поразил в хорошем смысле этого слова! Абсолютно идеальный! Во всём! Приняли меня в 01:30 ночи без лишних вопросов, номер шикарный, чистота идеальная, в номере было всё что необходимо (большая бутылка воды, чайник, чай и сахар, идеальная кровать с идеальными постелями, одноразовые тапочки, шампунь и гель, зубная щётка и паста. Я бы поставил смело 5*, если бы был ещё бассейн. завтрак и его подача - СУПЕР! Буду ещё в Смоленске, выберу только этот отель!!!

Останавливались в данном отеле 5-7 января 2023 года. Отель оставил самые положительные впечатления: хороший стильный ремонт, чистота, тишина, сервис. Прекрасный завтрак: очень вкусный, разнообразный, большие порции и прекрасная подача. При отеле есть парковка и ресторан. Можно заказать еду с доставкой в номер или просто спуститься поужинать.
