A family of 4 persons, we stayed here for 2 nights. Upon our arrival by a rental car, the staff at the entrance offered a very warm welcome with excellent service in helping us to handle the all our luggage. a welcome package had already been prepared well in advance followed by a very detailed briefing on the facilities of the hotel and how to get to the dining restaurant at the next block. All staff were very polite and friendly, the hotel environment and facilities are excellent. Foods were of a very high quality and very value for money. Our rooms have a in-house hot spring with a marvelous view of the lake. Fireworks were available on the lake every night during summer time which could be seen easily from the rooms. It is highly likely that we will return to this hotel in the future; highly recommended to those who love a quiet and very decent place for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful scenery, comfortable environment, arranged on the 4th floor, and the round-trip bus booked by email on the day of arriving in Japan was still available; the two meals were not bad, but just okay... The hotel is beautiful, Lake Toya is very peaceful, and it is recommended for leisure travel

Everything is so incredible here. The view is super super beautiful. Meals here are semi buffet for dinner and buffet for breakfast with variety of choice. Recommended though it’s quite pricy.
