Гостиница хорошая,чистая с современным ремонтом,только огорчило то что бронировал номер с двуспальной кроватью ,а дали с двумя односпальными….после перелета был уставший, , не стал спускаться и спорить но это большой минус в работе персонала!!

Если и понять, что такое Сочи, то только через этот отель. Самое сердце, самая жизнь и вид из окна на эту самую жизнь. Пожалуй, самый красивый вид на море или на город или на порт.... Удалось побывать в фитнесе: бегать по дорожке можно вечно с таким шикарным видом, также побывал в бассейне на верхнем этаже и таже можно оказаться на высоте от восторга. Завтраки особо хороши, если завтракать на лестнице веранды ресторана Sel Marin...

Бронировала стандартный номер с видом на море и завтраком. Ожидания оправдались: чисто, хороший выбор для завтрака с шампанским, все работает, питьевая вода в номере обновляется. Вид на море отличный. Может не супер новый, но чистота поддерживается. В номере не хватило натурального кофе (есть только растворимый). Набережная рядом , выход к общественному транспорту и тд все в пешей доступности. Бассейн доступен в Pullman за 1500 т.р за посещение, это не очень солидно, можно и включить в стоимость, а не брать доп.плату. За 3 дня до заезда был день рождения. Не поздравляют и комплиментов не делают, только если живешь прямо в этот день. Но в целом все без отклонений от стандарта.

Отличный отель без недостатков. Раньше я думала, что так не бывает. Отдыхали неделю в конце ноября. Номер дали на 11 этаже с видом на море. В номере все идеально, все есть, плюс хорошая шумоизоляция. Вообще никого не слышали. Санузел с отличной душевой кабиной и прекрасным душем. Завтраки на 5 баллов. Выбор огромный: каши, сырники, запеканка, мясные и рыбные нарезки, горячие блюда. С 7 до 11. Везде идеальная чистота. Уборка тоже соответствует. Персонал отзывчивый, ответственный и очень исполнительный.

Прекрасное местоположение, чистые номера, комфортные кровати и милый пляж. Для любителей - собственный бассейн. Завтрак скромный. Персонал приветливый. Красивый вид из окон. Парковка. Рядом рестораны, набережная и морской вокзал.

Красивый отель, номера свежие, постельное белье, полотенца и халаты белоснежные. Работа персонала на высоком уровне: уборка номеров качественная, на ресепшене тоже все было хорошо, с багажом помог портье - очень удобно. Связь с ресепшеном держала через чат - рай для тех, кто не любит разговаривать по телефону. По просьбе предоставили кроватку для ребенка. Завтраки хорошие, спасибо вам за наш комфортный отдых!

Свежий отель, находится почти на первой линии. До моря надо идти по лестнице, это не удобно. Номер комфортный, ремонт свежий. Обслуживание добродушное. Завтраки вкусные. Работает вместе с пятеркой Pulman. Спа хорошее, но массаж дороговат.

This is the second time we stayed in the hotel in Sochi - and many times in the other locations. Everything was just excellent. The staff is very helpful. I wold recommend the hotel for the travellers. The only thing to be aware is it is 176 steps to the beach - and back to the hotel!
