"This was our second stay, from May 2-4, 2025, with a family of three. We really liked the hotel's location: a three-minute walk from the train station and a leisurely five-minute walk to the seaport. Despite its location in the busiest part of Sochi (Navaginskaya Street), the room was always quiet and peaceful, as the windows overlooked the courtyard. The hotel was clean and cozy; the room had everything we needed, even a kitchen! Our 17-year-old daughter slept in a sofa bed that folded out easily. Towels were changed and housekeeping was provided daily. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay! We are very happy and will come again!"

No. 6 of Premium Hotels in Sochi"My stay at the hotel was overall fine, but there are several issues that should be mentioned. First, the hotel allows non-guests to use its facilities for a fee, and this creates unnecessary overcrowding and takes away from the comfort that paying guests expect. Second, the breakfast was quite modest with very limited options, which is disappointing compared to what is usually offered at hotels of this level. Third, the view from the rooms was not as attractive as advertised in the hotel description, which felt misleading. Finally, the hotel does not have a private beach directly in front of it; instead, guests are taken by shuttle bus to a section of a public beach.
While the basic stay was fine, these points significantly affected the overall experience, and I believe future guests should be aware of them before booking."

"We stayed for two nights. The room on the last floor. The hotel is good. Clean, everything is neat. Good bed linen, it's always important for me. Until Navaginskaya 15 minutes walk. The hotel is on the mountain, but walking is not tired. I want to celebrate delicious breakfasts. Very good fragrance coffee. We'll be happy to come back."

ССергей КашинThe only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... I checked and I have never been to Sochi again.

GGuest UserAt the entrance to the hotel you are met by the reception staff, and that's where it all begins. The level of service and attentiveness to guests immediately tells you what awaits you. From the first minutes of your stay you feel like a special guest, they try to fulfill all your wishes. I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

OOlga SolomennikovaBeautiful hotel, not new, but everything is very clean. The room is spacious, with balcony and sea view. This is the most chic. Snowwear, towels, big sauna, couch room, big closet.
From the downsides:
Breakfasts for 800 r are not delicious, recommendations to change the composition of the kitchen completely. With such abundance of products and a variety of dishes it is necessary to try so unpleasantly. In principle, you can not eat here, there are not bad institutions nearby.

OOLEGOf the pluses is a good restaurant and a free sauna with a swimming pool. The room is small but decent, not ripped, a sauna. But the downsides were more.
The room with an inter-room door with a neighbouring room. Noise isolation with neither the neighbor room nor the street. In general, the feeling of a accommodation.
There is no hotel access from the word at all. You will be loaded directly from the track under the enabled emergency. No parking too. Search where to put the car on your fear and risk.
The whole quarter under the signs ”parking is forbidden.” The evacuators work well. 200 m from the hotel there are two private packs 1000 and 1500 r per day.
In general, we are no longer a leg.

To the honour of the hotel staff, despite the unreturned tariff, they agreed not to take the payment for unexpected days. However, they said that the issue needs to be resolved with Trip.com. And here the whole rotten essence of this resource came out. Support for two days could not solve the issue. And eventually stated that they were not against, but, NOTE, the mediator through which they work refused to return. Money is small. Let them suppress. If there is any sense in travel abroad, use the Russian Federation booking on Trip.com I do not advise you. Support is slow and unradiated. Work through layers that have a decisive word in disputed issues. There was hope that here she was replacing ************. However, alas, it is not Bucking.

IIyliiaIt was necessary to stop at one, the requirement was convenience and price-quality ratio. Everything is very good. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea, park, church. There was a room with a balcony, a huge balcony overlooking the Armenian temple! The room has everything you need, all hygiene products, kettle, dishes, iron and ironing board. The breakfast has plenty of everything, tasty, varied choice. There is a full set, lunch and dinner. We didn’t have time to go to our own swimming pool and hammam. If you come on vacation, this is a very decent hotel option with everything you need, I recommend it!

VVALERIIA BORNРасположение отеля супер, на набережной. Правда прямо ко входу не подъехать, нужно немного пройти по набережной, буквально пару шагов, для нас не было проблемой. Администраторы приветливые, очень гостеприимные, максимально быстро заселили, не смотря на ранний заезд. На крыше отеля терраса с красивыми видами. На этаже кулер с водой, утюг. Номер немного уставший, но уборка хорошая, всё необходимое в номере есть. Над отелем пролетают самолёты, слышно сильно, для нас не критично было, мы используем беруши. Из минусов выделю очень плохую шумоизоляцию, слышно всех и отовсюду. Также из минусов отмечу ужасный матрас, как гамак, вдвоём спать неудобно.

DDmitriiThe rent price was excellent! Very convenient location, everything in step availability. Easy to find a hotel, easy to get inside, there is a pandu.
The room was with windows coming out of the building side, no noise from the street was almost there. Those walking through the corridors and stairs, especially in ski shoes, are well heard, although this is forbidden and indicated.
The room itself is spacious, easy to fit a snowboard cheque on the floor and even a bicycle) That is, all you need for short-term stay. Bed large, mattress even more or less, but already sold in places.
Of the downsides: smells of carpet with a tuchet, socks or something like that. Make cleaning the floor cover! Restaurant on the ground floor with twisted reviews do not visit, I do not recommend. Around many other beautiful institutions worthy of your attention.
