"Four years in a row we go to Sochi in January, three of which we stayed at Maina Yacht. Excellent hotel! Good discounts in January. Convenient location, located in the center, opposite the seaport, in the building of the cafe, where you can have breakfast. We lived in a Deluxe room with a jacuzzi and a balcony, overlooking the port, the view is super! The room is excellent, upon arrival we were met with a basket of fruit) Coffee machine in the room, bath accessories, in general there was everything necessary, constantly replenished, daily change of towels. Friendly staff at the reception. Special thanks to the maids, excellent and unnoticeable for us cleaning, which always took place in our absence. Thank you Marina Yacht! See you!"

"I often go on holiday to Sochi. This time I chose this hotel. The hotel itself is really great: new modernly equipped rooms, the designers did a great job, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! This is an apartment studio, there is a stove, a microwave, which is very convenient and you can take something extra to eat for lunch and warm it up in the evening if you don’t want to go anywhere. The rooms are cleaned daily, the bed linen is snow-white, they change it even more often than necessary - once every 2 days, the cleaners are very friendly and positive. The location of the hotel is good, in the very center of the city. But the beach is still far away, 15 minutes at a very fast pace. I like walking, it was fine for me. Breakfasts in the Sicily cafe, you choose 1 of several options. Not bad, you will not go hungry. It’s a pity that you can’t choose from the menu. I would like to note the waiters - bees, friendly, they try to serve quickly. What upset you? As a person working in the service industry, including recruiting personnel, I always pay attention to the reception area, because it is, after all, the "face" of the hotel. And there is something to work on here. In a hotel of this level, you want to see a higher level of service. The girls are sullen, not particularly friendly, it seems that they are not interested in customers coming back. No, there was no rudeness, but the impression is formed from little things. While communicating with a client, they can simultaneously communicate with each other on personal topics ... or forgot to order breakfast in a cafe - they did not even apologize. Once, repair work suddenly began, drilling in the neighboring room at 22.00. Having patiently waited until 23.00, I contacted the reception - they said they would sort it out, but I had to listen to this "wonderful" trill until 24.00, the hotel employees also did not consider it necessary to bring any apologies. Maybe for someone it is a trifle, but when there is something to compare with.... A month ago, while vacationing in the wonderful "Forward" hotel in Adler, our electricity was turned off for 3 hours and for the "inconvenience caused" they brought a bottle of good wine with a basket of fruit to each room as an apology, and also paid for dinner in the restaurant. Now that's what I call service. But overall, the hotel is wonderful. I recommend it."
