GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a day through Trip.com, very convenient location in the very center of Sochi, quick check-in, cleanliness in the hotel! Good new linen, soft mattresses. It was interesting to see the block with amenities for 12 rooms. Everything is very civilized and clean. There is a restaurant with a buffet, breakfasts, lunches, dinners. In the block there is a kitchen with a microwave, dishes, refrigerator. The bathrooms are very clean! The plumbing is new. Thanks to the hotel for the opportunity to stay at affordable prices in the city center.

GGuest UserAt the moment - this is the best hotel in Sochi (except of course Mantera Supreme). Everything here is at the highest level - a beautiful lobby, great renovation, designer finishing of the rooms, the cleanest territory, a 24-hour restaurant with a high level of service, excellent value for money, breakfast - this is the best I have seen in the WORLD! In general, I am just slightly shocked by how well everything was done in Russia. From fitness to breakfast. Sea view, the sea is nearby. In general, I am thrilled.

Booked for 5 people, the site stated that the 35 square metres room was actually three more, three separate rooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with kitchens. The same pleasant bonus was a large balcony with a round table and chairs. Arrived a little earlier than the settlement time, on which the administrator with an unwelcome tone stated that the arrival after 15 hours, on which we replied that we were aware and asked to leave things and look at the room for the purpose of extending the rent. The room was shown to us and even allowed to settle earlier, for which great gratitude. After the settlement, an unexpected surprise was that there was no pool in the hotel, although the website said that it had and even had photos and reviews. In the evening, when he returned to the room, another surprise was waiting, for 5 people there were four bed kits and towels. For a long time, they could not find the administrator, finally - that eli - eli called, on the question of what to do, as we have no wool on the pillow and a set of towels, the administrator was dissatisfied, that we had to solve this issue in the afternoon, and that she does not deal with these issues. I didn't know that you should count the pillows on the pillows when you arrive. In general, unless the administrator and the absence of the declared pool, the hotel is not bad, wanted to extend for 4 days, but why from 01.10 prices doubled, although almost everywhere since October 1 prices have been lowering.

VValeriiaThe perfect choice for those who value comfort and good service 👌 The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view to the pool 😍 I didn't have time for breakfast and packed with me. The staff was very attentive and responsive 😊 Hotel location is ideal - in a pedestrian access from all the main attractions 👍 I recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for an unforgettable holiday!

IIrinaVery good that the registration bar is 24-hour. Because of the delay of the flight on May 7, they sat at the airport 8 hours, and the hotel arrived at 3.30 night. We were settled at once, the room on the 3rd floor. Without new repair, but everything is decent. Very good, luxurious breakfast, with alcohol even. Everything in this hotel is great, take no regrets.
