Уютный отель в центре, быстрое заселение, очень удобное расположение : до ж/д вокзала, набережной, ул. Навагинская и Цирка можно дойти пешком. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус и бюджет. В номере есть чайный набор (чай/кофе в пакетиках, сахар), бутилированная вода каждый день, холодильник (был пустой, заполнять пришлось самостоятельно). Кровати и подушки удобные, одеяла тёплые. Дают мыльно-рыльные принадлежности и тапочки, халатов нет. Из минусов: Вход в отель на втором этаже, куда надо подняться по лестнице, лифта нет, кто с габаритным багажом, учитывайте. При заезде был сильный химический запах в номере от бытовой химии. Вентиляция не работает, пришлось проветривать, открыв дверь и окно одновременно, холодно. Слышен шум с дороги от "потерпевших", которые газуют на своих авто/мотах без глушителей. Спать только с закрытым окном, но нам было душно.

С пятницы и до конца выходных вы не будете нормально спать. Всё хорошо, но на первом этаже здания находится бар в котором проходят вечеринки. Долбёж от них не даст вам спать до 6 утра. На ресепшн вас об этом не предупредят. Сначала в номере после 18 просто невозможно отдохнуть, шум настолько большой, что непонятно, как люди находятся в самом баре. После 23 делают тише, но ночью снова теряют чувство меры. Сегодня музыка закончилась в 6:23 на громкости, что можно танцевать в номере. Плюсы всё же тоже есть. Отель маленький и чистый. Расположение просто отличное. Поставил 1/5, так как огромный минус в виде музыки перекрывает плюсы. И отель кмк должен работать с такими случаями, но ночью в отеле никого.
