В целом все понравилось, очень приятные впечатления, кроме некоторых моментов: при уборке комнаты не всегда обновлялся полностью состав для чая и кофе (например, не доложили сливки и т.д.); в меню бара указан обьем коктейля 300 мл (коктейль со словом лаванда, не помню точно), а подали около 150 мл. за ту же цену; в ресторане Камелия в салате подают практически сырое мясо говядины (салат со стейками говядины), при этом нигде это не указано, официант не предупредил. В итоге мне пришлось долго ждать, пока мясо дожарят (о таких вещах необходимо предупреждать! Не каждый готов есть сырое мясо); WI-FI отсутствовал почти все дни пребывания, хотя до поездки я уточняла этот вопрос, и мне сообщили, что он высокоскоростной. Это тоже очень портит впечатление, сообщайте людям честно, что в отеле нет интернета. Те проблески, что изредка есть (скорость 10 Мб) - это не интернет. Все остальное - замечательно, в том числе учтивый персонал.

К сожалению, сервис не соответствует заявленным 5*. При заселении столкнулся с безразличием сотрудником службы приема и размещения. Сам проработа порядка 10 лет в отельном бизнесе, но такого сервиса от 5 не ожидал. Возможно в низкий сезон сотрудники расслаблены.

Всегда прекрасно. Вид шикарный. Завтрак вкусный. Спокойно. Сервис прекрасный. Отзывчивый персонал. Если хотите отдохнуть на отдельной территориии в Сочи, чтобы вас никто не доставал и вы не хотите быть в центре событий, а стремитесь к отдыху, тогда точно Камелия

Один из самых лучших отелей! Спасибо за сервис! Все на высшем уровне!!!! Ещё до прибытия в отель, позвонили, уточнили нужен ли трансфер. Приехал трансфер с водителем высшего уровня! На стойке регистрации все быстро оформили. Все вещи привезли, еда отличная. Спасибо

Прекрасный отель с высоким уровнем сервиса. Приятно видеть, когда персонал приветствует тебя при встрече. Остались только приятные впечатления. Прекрасный парк с прогулочными зонами. Разнообразные, вкусные и качественные завтраки. Планируем приехать летом, уже с детьми

Всё прошло прекрасно!Замечательный отель, и очень отзывчивый персонал. Размещение и бронирование прошло молниеносно. Завтраки прекрасные. Бассейн и СПА зона - это отдельная любовь. В номерах всегда чисто. Останавливаюсь стабильно раз в 2 недели . Персонал очень заботлив, и всегда готов ответить на все запросы.

Шикарный отель: сервис, еда, дизайн. Первая линия, однако от моря разделяет ж/д путь. Красиваятерритория,вкусные завтраки и ужины! Рядом дендрарий и это, безусловно, плюс, потому что сочинский дендрарий огромный. НЕ лучший спа, но красивый бассейн сглаживает углы

Шикарные номера, отличные завтраки, очень внимательный персонал, прекрасный спа центр с замечательным открытым бассейном, детская игровая комната. В целом это потрясающий отель, если отдыхать в нём летом и особо не гулять по городу. Минус - не самое удобное расположение, если планируете много времени проводить в центре Сочи (пешком до центра далеко, для поездки на такси в сторону центра нужно стоять на развороте, до остановки общественного транспорта сложно добраться, так как нет перехода через дорогу, часто дикие пробки).
