В день заезда была девушка администратор очень приятная, вошла в положение, поселила нас раньше указанного времени. Во второй день была другая девушка, мы продлили ещё на сутки и оплатили поздний выезд, но так как в день выезда прям перед гостиницей стали делать асфальт, мы чуть не опоздали на поезд, не могли проехать на коляске к дому( с двумя детьми), естественно немного задерживали выезд(примерно 10 мин.), но администратор поторапливала абсолютно наплевав на гостей. Прошу заметить, нам испортили коляску, обувь, чемоданы

Мы с мужем остановились в апартаментах на сутки. Приоритетом для выбора отеля являлись именно аппартаменты (самим приготовить покушать) и цена. Еще до заселения неприятным моментом стало то, что по указанному номеру телефона никто долго не отвечал (нам нужно было уточнить инструкцию по заселению). Получив, наконец, инструкцию, мы поехали по указанному адресу. На сайте нет выбора номера, поэтому ты до конца не знаешь, какой номер будет (с балконом или нет), на каком этаже. У нас был номер 2 на первом этаже и окно выходило на бетонный забор. В инструкции было сказано, что на входе на территорию отеля будет калитка с кодовым замком. Калитка оказалась открытой, замок сломан (заходи кто хочешь, никакой безопасности). В номере нет стола. мы обедали на кровати, поставив тарелки на стулья. В душевой сломана дверь, снизу чем-то заклеяна поэтому почти вся вода оказалась на полу. Матрас жесткий, а когда один человек переворачивается, второй подпрыгивает вместе с ним. Я не отдохнула за ночь совсем. Но самое ужасное - это расположение отеля. Он находится в низу от основных дорог (пешком с чемоданами, колясками или просто маленькими детьми очень тяжело спускаться, а тем более подниматься). До моря далеко (это на летний сезон, нам было не принципиально). И последней каплей стало то, что мы в холодильнике оставили подарок, купленный в Абхазии. При выселении в номер сразу зашла уборщица. Наш телефон есть у них. Могли бы позвонить, мы бы вернулись. Я через 2 дня просила нам СДЭКом отправить, оплачу доставку, но ответа никакого не последовало, проигнорили. Отель для меня в черном списке.

Отель ужасный! Начнем с обслуживания: тебя никто не встречает, никто не отвечает на вопросы и просьбы, со всем должен разбираться самостоятельно, еще и обманывают посетителей. Выбрали тариф , где должен быть комплимент на день рождения, но ничего не было и вместо того, чтобы исправить ситуацию, отель неделю игнорировал нас, пока мы там проживали. До моря далеко очень, номера из самых дешёвых и хлипких материалов: кондиционер работает плохо, интернет отвратительно(каждые 30 минут отключается и сложно подключить его), номера при заезде грязные(постель с пятнами, стены с пятнами), не работает ручки от балкона и окна нормально, шифоньер сломан. Сразу, как заходишь в отель - пахнет сыростью. Причём все, кто жили с нами в это время в других номерах, абсолютно недовольны отелем остались. Вначале отель с тобой общается, но после того, как перевёл им оплату - они не выходят на связь вообще. Цена не соответствует качеству. Выбирайте другой отель, если хотите человеческого отношения, а не проблем каждый день, которые вам самим же придется решать!

Был в номере на последнем этаже отеля, прекрасный вид открывается с балкона! В целом чисты и приятный отель. Еду приносят прямо в номер, это очень удобно. Интернет хороший. Мне это было важно, у меня вся работа в online. Приеду еще раз обязательно.

Не возвращают деньги после отмены брони. Пишут что позже обязательно вернут, но проходит неделя и опять пишут что обязательно вернут через неделю. До сих пор не вернули. Отмена брони была еще 31 июля. На связь выходят очень редко.

In the room: a kitchenette with a kettle and a refrigerator, a set of dishes and cutlery (for two), TV, air conditioning, a set of towels, hygiene items. Separately, it is worth noting that the room is very damp, the open window does not help, the air conditioner helps only from stuffiness. Clothes and other beach accessories do not dry at all. The floor is tiled and even in the warm season it is quite cold, and slippers in these apartments are paid (the most common white disposable ones cost about 130 rubles). Cleaning is done on a whim: for the entire stay (from Mon to Sun), there was a feeling that they only went through the vacuum cleaner a couple of times, brought toilet paper, took out the trash and lightly made the bed. That's all. During our stay we found a cobweb and its large owner in the corner under the shelf at the entrance to the room. Also a small cobweb was overhead in the bathroom. Nobody touched them. I would like to write about the bathroom separately: the design of the shower is unusual (on a pedestal), so no matter how carefully you wash yourself, you end up in a puddle. During the stay, it seems like a technician came to us, but the problem was not solved. Классный отель, отдыхали в сентябре 2020, номер не большой но современный, мини кухня, но плиты не было, балкона тоже не было, все комфортно приятный персонал, очень вкусные завтраки и вообще кухня в этом кафе, расположение относительно моря и горда не совсем удачное, все далеко и местность гористая, в жару было тяжело ходить в горы.расположение не очень, но сам отель классный!!
