For the first time we lived in an apar**ent, and, unfortunately, the choice was not the most successful. We lived in standard apar**ent number 3, next to the "reception". The first floor, a view of the wall of the neighboring building and the stairs, which no one seems to walk on (at least no one looked into the windows during our stay). In the room: a kitchenette with a kettle and a refrigerator, a set of dishes and cutlery (for two), TV, air conditioning, a set of towels, hygiene items. Separately, it is worth noting that the room is very damp, the open window does not help, the air conditioner helps only from stuffiness. Clothes and other beach accessories do not dry at all. The floor is tiled and even in the warm season it is quite cold, and slippers in these apar**ents are paid (the most common white disposable ones cost about 130 rubles). Cleaning is done on a whim: for the entire stay (from Mon to Sun), there was a feeling that they only went through the vacuum cleaner a couple of times, brought toilet paper, took out the trash and lightly made the bed. That's all. During our stay we found a cobweb and its large owner in the corner under the shelf at the entrance to the room. Also a small cobweb was overhead in the bathroom. Nobody touched them. I would like to write about the bathroom separately: the design of the shower is unusual (on a pedestal), so no matter how carefully you wash yourself, you end up in a puddle. During the stay, it seems like a technician came to us, but the problem was not solved. In the end, they just gave us a decommissioned towel so that we could wipe the puddles with it) The toilet paper holder is located behind the back above the toilet bowl) The faucet in the sink does not suit her: the jet goes very close to the side, which makes it not very convenient to wash hands (and dishes and even more so). And the queen of all this splendor is mold. It is everywhere in the bathroom: on the ceiling, walls, at the joints in the shower and sink, even on the rain shower head. The breakfasts are disgusting. Every day the same three dishes to choose from (porridge and scrambled eggs / porridge and pancakes / porridge and cheesecakes) + tea / coffee. Brought in black plastic containers, most likely warmed up in the microwave. It is impossible to eat: porridge is sour, pancakes with a strange aftertaste. It would be better to take your own breakfast food. The location of the apar**ents in the private sector. It seems that it’s not far from the sea, it’s also close to grocery stores, but take into account the peculiarities of the terrain: you have to go all the time uphill / downhill, so for people with limited mobility, travelers with children, the elderly, such a “rest” may not be a pleasure. You also need to walk uphill to the nearest stop. The attitude of the staff seems to be good, but professionalism is still far away: they forgot about the second set of towels (I had to ask twice), they didn’t solve the problem with the leaking shower, they forgot all the time about the mailing list with the breakfast menu. Well, and the cherry on the cake: on the last evening they nailed two fat cockroaches with a slipper) This was just the last straw. Reading the reviews, I got the impression that they were either bought (they promise a cup of coffee upon check-in for leaving a review), or wound up by the owner
