Excellent hotel. Very nice room with excellent bed and bathroom. The breakfast was very good also.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The toilet in our bathroom was on a lean to the side which was very disconcerting. The wifi only worked in parts of the hotel. Breakfast foods were very limited and the orange juice wasn't real juice, it was some kind of cordial. No onsite restaurant or any way to buy a drink in the evening other than the room mini bar.

Great location, very friendly staff, and we were very pleased with the accommodation for 3 adults and a kid. The suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a buffet with many choices, including gluten free options. This is definitely a place that we will consider in the future.

Near Basilica and metro station, big room but very small bathroom. WiFi not working properly. One evening hot water stopped working, fixed in more than 1/2h after calling desk. Breakfast nothing special.

Overall a good stay. Service was polite. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is also good. I gave only 3 stars because the hotel is not really a 4 star hotel. 3 stars is more credible. I had a small problem with the aircon: it did not function correctly.

Exceptional accommodation and breakfast in the heart of Sofia, having Katie at the reception who's always there to help with a wide range of tips and info. Good value for money, close to most of the attractions in Sofia and also at reachable distance from public transportation means, including the Sofia Metro Line.

We as a family (2 adults + 2 children) stayed in room 5A for a weekend. We arrived early and the room was not ready. They very kindly stored our suitcases for us at no cost. The room is impressive, very spacious separated into two rooms. The king size bed was very comfortable, in the other room the sofa bed was very large and also very comfortable. The heating is perfect in the room, and the shower in the bathroom has excellent pressure. The quality of sleep is very good, the room is very well soundproofed and you cannot hear anything, neither from the street nor from other neighboring rooms. The breakfast was very complete and varied, fruit, hot, local products, dairy products, pastries, etc. You really couldn't fault it. Excellent location, 4 minutes walk from the Cathedral of Saint Alexander Nevski and approximately 10 minutes from Vitosha Boulevard. To the airport it is 10-15 minutes by taxi (€9). Without a doubt we recommend it and if we returned to Sofia we would stay there without a doubt,
