No coffee or tea facilities, no food available, laptop size television with very limited channels and not viewable from bed. Very bad bedding. Limited staff availability. Had to ask for close hangers and hair dryer.No bar facilities in the evening.
definitely not going there again.

We stay at Central West hotel twelve days,very central.Very clean, there's bar at bottom floor,the host it's very nice woman and she will help you if you need something.The rooms are very clean,there is a elevator maximum person of four.I will recommend this hotel to every body if you are coming to Sofia.There is parking in front to hotel.
