Always my favourite hotel when i visit sofia for business trip

Great hotel.

Clean, perfect location, free parking. The beds are a bit hard and it would be better of you guys check whether the bottles of water in the rooms are full; mines were empty.

Great stay at the Novotel, room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Shuttle driver was great! Highly recommend it.

The was a noise issue firstly with music from the bar area which travelled up to the 14th floor! Then again on another occasion people taking very loudly probably intoxicated in the outdoor area of the bar. Both times had to call down to the concierge to address the issues. It’s a quick travel from the airport to the hotel which takes less than 10 minutes check-in was quick. I re-parked my car in the free car park in the basement while I’ve checked me in additional tax which is minimal check-in was quick I was in 1410 which is the second floor with good views of the street heading into the city centre of Sofia, the room was for modern minimalistic with a couch towards the Window double bed with a throw with coffee making facilities a safe bathroom was reasonably large. The coffee making facilities uses cardboard cups which be much nice if there was actual cups in the room/glasses there’s a water dispensing facility in the hallway with two empty bottles for you to fill your water spotless and Eco drive in the room has multiple books and magazines, to keep you entertain the blackout curtains were quite good Toiletries are average- in large bottle attached to the wall. No body lotions unfortunately. It’s 15-20 minutes to the iconic cathedral and the main highway is usually jammed and cost about 12-15Lev Gym is on the 1st floor and you have walk thought a conference centre to get there. So Imagine gym outfit walking through suits with tie at 5pm. It has 2 running machines, a cross trainer and a bicycle with two multi machines and one bench for weights- max weight 10kg. There was an issue with the body lotion in the room. The body lotion should be attached next to the sink however a hand wash was attached and I asked twice for someone to come and take a look at it. The lady finally came up a couple of hours later and started saying that someone made a mistake rather than fixing the problem she started flapping. I didn’t suggest she just leaves the body lotion there freestanding and then she promptly left the chap at front desk was rather less than useful called Roboslav. All in all a good hotel for the hotel or driving south to Plovdiv or the Boyana/history museum. The gym Is a positive and so is the dining experience. Helpful staff - changed the room for me when I asked. Very good room, I was able to do soem work. Convenient location and easy parking

I had a wonderful stay in Novotel Sofia! When I first entered I already felt the good energy, the front office manager David greeted me with a big smile, I have been lucky I got a lovely upgrade so I couldn’t ask for more. David suggested me a very nice hiking to see the waterfalls! Stunning! I am vegetarian and I had plenty of choices during breakfast (high quality) and for my dinner! Also I enjoyed the gym (well equipped). I will definitely come back! Thank you very much
