Alright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Location and interior and grounds superb. Loved the peacocks in the ground. BUT it is all about the look downstairs and the service is abysmal. Air con broken so rooms were baking hot. The manager gave us a portable air con device but the next day a burly maintenance man came to our room and took it out and snarled the word "reception" at us and left us with no air con again. Filthy carpets. Rooms were not cleaned. Fridge did not work properly. Hardly any staff in the bar so 30 minute wait for service. Staff were rude. There is clearly an undertone of older men paying for younger ladies services. We had a wedding in the hotel one evening and we were not served drinks because we were not in the party. Very rude. Do not waste your money staying here.

Really disappointing air con switched off at owners request for whole hotel. Staff rude, beds really uncomfortable. Manager would not come down to reception to be spoken too. Bar staff shortage so you have to wait 45mins for a drink. The peacocks and swans were a lovely touch in the garden however the children being able to chase them and pluck the feathers I didn’t like. Would I return ‘No’. Rooms are not cleaned everyday. My duvet cover was dirty. We had to wait 9x hours for clean towels and bottles of water.

Partyhotel,extrem laut die ganze Nacht.es wird laut getrommelt, das Zimmer vibriert durch die Bösse, junge Leute feiern im gesamten Hotel. Beschwerden werden belächelt.Service im Hotel Katastrophe.noch nirgends auf der Welt hab ich gesehen, wie jemand so das Bett macht. Schwimmbad ist nur ein Sportbecken, was für Schwimmunterrichte vermietet ist. Sauna und Spabereich nur gegen Gebühr . Einige Zimmer sind renoviert,andere noch nicht. Die Eingangshalle ist imposant, da ja auch ein Eventhotel. Der Garten sehr schön, mit den Pfauen und Schwänen. Auch die Restaurants dort sind sehr gut, gehören aber auch nicht zum Hotel. Frühstück war gut, doch seltsam, dass sie unaufgebackene Aufbackbrötchen hinlegen, die sollst Du in Toaster stecken. Rezeption das Personal extrem unfreundlich und Inkompetent, kein Lächeln, kein Hallo, verstehen nur wenige überhaupt englisch. ..

Almanya dönüşü kalmak için tesadüfen bulduğumuz otel, otele girince beklentiniz tavan, inanılmaz lüks bir lobi, resepsiyona gelince sıkıntı başladı, İngilizce, Almanca yok Türkçe zaten yok bir lobi görevlisi, neyse zar zor odalarımızı verdi çıktık yukarı, aman allahım, o lobi ile bu oda aynı otelin olamaz, otelin giriş 5 yıldız, odalar 2, neyse ki sabah kahvaltısı fena değildi, tavsiye eder miyim? bilmiyorum çünkü Bulgaristan da ki standartları bilemiyorum

An interesting fusion of Japanese ideas for a hotel in the Balkans! Enjoyable business stay in this hotel, which is part of a large complex comprising various restaurants, a nightclub and a lovely Japanese garden. Comfortable room (not so comfortable bed) and good breakfast. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Group check in on 15 April 2024 was a breeze. Our Rooms 719/721 well set up , has coffee making machine with coffee/tea & complimentary bottles of drinking . Full set of bathroom amenities however rooms do not have airconditioning , we had to keep window open to get some air to sleep. Room is run down, dirty with cabinet door broken too beneath the window sill. Hotel lobby has too much decorations. It has a beautiful japanese garden with some peacocks and pond with fishes & ducks. We did not get to enjoy much with all the facilities , as its only a night stay here. While room needs some improvement in upkeeping, breakfast spread is awesome , thus made up for it overall.

Seems luxury hotel but only for wannabe new-money guys and golddiggers. Rooms are average, if there is a party on the 19th floor (which is usually) forget to sleep anywhere between 19-8th floor. Staff rude, cleaning of rooms are just hanging back used towels instead replacing. Not recommended.
