Nice location Good service

First of all, the location is very good... The room was spacious and nice. The front desk service... The room was also clean. Overall, it was okay.

This is a no frills hotel that is a perfect place to stay while in Sofia. The location is close to many of the notable sites in central Sofia, all within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we want to give a special shout out to Milo who went out of his way to help us.

I think this has been my favorite ever hotel. It was central to everything, I could get lost in the bath and I was able to navigate Sofia. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is a lovely airy environment. The breakfast was tasty and had lots of choice. My husband enjoyed cooked eggs and bacon, cheese and meat and I enjoyed the cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts and pastries. BUT by far the *best* part of Arte Hotel is the staff. Miroslav, is such a great guy. He told us how to get to places, recommended the BEST places to eat at, he was friendly and so helpful. He even thought to warn us about the distance between the terminals. After check out we were able to leave our luggage, use the facilities and have another coffee before leaving. Blagodaria!

This hotel was practically next door to the Serdica ancient Roman complex, so as soon as we had checked in, we went out and roamed among the ruins for awhile. But it's actually a perfect location for all your exploration, walking tours, historic sites, etc. The breakfasts were served in the little restaurant on the 1st floor, and it included lots of options. The staff were helpful and friendly, including giving me directions to a laundry, holding our luggage for awhile on our leaving day, and other courtesies. We recommend this hotel, and would stay there again if we ever go to Sofia again.

A very nice hotel and right in the center of Sofia. All sights are in walking distance. A large number of restaurants are nearby. They staff is very helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. I can recomment this hotel for you Sofia trip very much.

Very good location, close to the metro stop that leads to the airport, you can walk to the main places of interest. Friendliness of the reception staff. Good value for money. The only negative thing was the smell of tobacco in the room.

Yes what a surprise a small but fine hotel right in the center the room was large and has everything you are looking for and need clean. Wifi, a real shower !! Bath items such as shampoo gel etc. Flat screen TV The breakfast was also very ok but the front desk was great! So friendly so helpful and attentive - I haven't seen that before either. I don't need a 5 star hotel if I can stay here

You are in the center and at the same time in a silent side street, perfect for resting. Room not spacious but comfortable, with flat screen TV, minibar and bidet in the bathroom (miracle). Very soft bed (a bit too much for my taste, but that's really personal), generous breakfast buffet and discreet staff. Note: along the stairs there are sofas and books to consult freely. As well as paintings in the belle epoque style. Very particular.

The location of the hotel is very attractive for travelers in the city center; 20 minutes walk to see the Nevsky (Nevsky) Church, St. Sofia; Sveti Georgi (St. George's Domed Church); St. Nicholas Orthodox Church Church and National Art Museum. Overall it's good no complaints :)

This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are very quiet. Some rooms need a little maintenance, but other than that this is a nice little hotel perfect for a short stay. The hotel is located in the center of Sofia, close to the Government Building and the Old Town.
