We loved the two leveled apartments, very good supply to all our needs, cooking ware, cutlery, toaster. Loved the King size beds and strong shower water flow with hot water. Only one down side was all the heaters weren't working, which was a disappointment in winter.

Bad location. It takes half an hour to find our room in another building. Facilities are old with several issues. Wifi is not working. TV remote is not working. How does it become a 5-star hotel with the cost of 165 dollars per night?

What is unacceptable is the bedding. There is no quilt cover. There are two layers of sheets sandwiched between the quilts. The quilt is basically exposed, which is very unhygienic. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location, close to residential areas. There is a large supermarket in a 5-minute walk where you can buy ingredients to cook yourself. There is a bus that goes directly to the city center in a 10-minute walk. Later, we changed to the suite of the W Hotel, which also provides home appliances and kitchen supplies, but they are all the latest brands, the decoration is very new, facing the harbor, and the price is similar, but we upgraded to the suite for free, so the cost performance is very high.
