The customer service was fantastic. I even got a message from the staff checking on me when my flight got in late. The decor was funky and novel. The room was really clean. The location is super central. The codes make the hotel feel safe.
One issue I had was with the flooring in the bathroom - this needs retile-ing ideally. There was also a hole near the extractor fan in the bathroom. Additionally, a kettle and tea etc in the room would have been nice rather than having to go to the lobby.

Good location, close to main sights and easy to reach. The receptionists were all professional and helpful. I booked a economy room but got a free upgrade to a nicer room. The room and bathroom were very clean. Comfortable bed. Eco friendly shampoo dispensers.
Never seen before at such a hotel but they provide free (non alcoholic) drinks at the reception area. (Soft drinks, water, hot drinks)
There's a small roof terrace and a simple fitness room.
Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very welcoming, central hotel, close to the metro. The main monuments are within walking distance. Friendly staff, drinks and coffee always available for free. Truly exceptional.

The place was very good decorated, modernistic old apar**ent. The staff was friendly, easy to communicate. Room is comfy. You can find free coffee stop downstairs. It is very easy to walk into city, cathedrals and museums from the hotel - like 15 mins. Also if you have car, you will find parking places on the paralel streets easily after working hours. The hotel and around were safe enough. My sister and I are appreciated!

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus hub and central Sofia.
It was mid range which we expected. The front desk was always very helpful.
This is a nice functional hotel.it is a short walk to the main Sofia street.
