Ho scelto questo albergo per la sua vicinanza alla stazione del Pullman. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. The service attitude is very bad. On the first day of check-in, the lady at the front desk asked us to wait for 5 minutes. The soundproofing in the room is very poor, and the neighbors can hear clearly. There is a guy on the night shift who is very nice, but his English is very poor.

After coming out of the central bus station, you have to walk through a grassy area to find it. The location is good, but the cityscape of Sofia is really shabby!

The front desk speaks English very well. The room has a small balcony and is very cost-effective. The bed is very soft. The house is small, within walking distance from the train station and bus station, and you can transfer to the airport line at one stop of the subway. The location is really convenient.
