Convenient transportation, walking distance from two museums, a cultural palace and a large shopping mall. Go to the airport and take Line 2 for two stops at Serdica, transfer to Line 4 and go directly to Terminal 2 of the airport.

Overall, a very good hotel, good value. I've stayed previously, and it is the only hotel I've booked on my various travels to Sofia. I'm not convinced that there is a heater that works or air conditioner in the rooms I've stayed in.

We made a reservation for deluxe room which should come with a double bed and a sofa bed as well. But we were offered a twin room eventually.

They didnt clean the room any day.
The bathroom was very dirty with black stains in the shower and we had to wear flip-flops.
There were some wall paper tore in some spots.
And they cheated us with the Spa anounced in the web. They don't have it

Были в конце июня 2021 года. Очень плохо. В номере с панорамными окнами очень душно, кондиционер совершенно не справляется со своей задачей, к тому же сильно гудит. В номере очень плохая уборка, пахнет затхлым запахом. И при заселении в туалете находился пакет с очень вонючим содержимом. С самого начала приезда нам дали номер неубранный. Затем заменили на другой, но после увиденного пакета с содержимым, я сомневаюсь в целостной и тщательной уборке номеров. Из плюсов: завтрак, входящий в стоимость проживания; подземный паркинг (платный) и расположение самого отеля

Hotel is a bit off the main streets however in fairly close walk to main pedestrian area. Comfortable bed and room was quite specious. Breakfast OK. Good value for money.

Assoluramente da evitare. Il peggiore hotel in cui sia mai stata. Accoglienza da parte della receptionist pessima :ci hanno fatto pagare anticipatamente e nonostante avessimo richiesto il soggiorno per 4 notti e avessimo specificato che il ceck out sarebbe stati il 31 marzo e non il giorno 01 aprile, l'addetto al ceck in , sebbene verbalmente, avesse confermato la nostra permanenza per 4 giorni ha ugualmente fatto i conteggi su un soggiorno piu lungo di 5 giorni. A seguito del pagamento, avendo rilevato l ' incongruenza, non hanno voluto restituire l importo sulla carta di credito. La stanza sporchissima e piccola...meglio stendere un velo pietoso sul bagno con incrostazioni dappertutto, sulla doccia e non solo frutto di una mancata pulizia e trascuratezza nell igiene reiterata nel tempo. Non hanno mai sistemato la camera, il letto restava disfatto e la pulizia della stanza ovviamente un miraggio. Un hotel da evitare che non dovrebbe continuare a far parte della catena best western, visti i precedenti soggiorni in altre strutture della stessa catena. Neanche la colazione era accettabile: non c era varietà di cibo, non era disponibile il latte caldo ma solo cioccolata o cappucino... e dopo il primo tentativo colazione, abbiamo negli altri giorni preferito andare altrove nonostante fosse inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno.
