Se andate, per una notte va bene. Pulizia: inesistente Assistenza: dove? Le persone che lavorano li sembrano quasi inesistenti Stanza: manco il letto o una spazzata a terra o la carta igienica rifornita Io, mio marito e mio figlio abbiamo soggiornato in hotel a maggio 2024, 3 notti, a prima vista, si vedeva che c’era polvere in stanza, si sentiva anche… In bagno puzza di fogna e l’acqua calda puzzava nel vero senso della parola. Avrei voluto fotografare tutto, ma erabo troppe cose veramente. La prima notte arrivammo tardo pomeriggio quindi la stanza era pronta, ma come gia detto la polvere c’era, tazze e bollitori cn strato di polvere sopra ; la seconda un letto “fatto”, non avevano neanche passato un aspirapolvere o una scopa e non ci aveva rifornito i bagnoschiuma e carta igienica; la terza volta, ne letti fatto, ne niente e manco la carta igienica, cestini pieni e cn un bambino di 18 mesi ci lascio immaginare poi i pannolini… Non sapevamo dove buttare le cose… stavamo nella polvere, sembrava mille anni che si faceva l’ora del check out. La zona a livello di spostamenti e tutto è ottima, ma la zona, la traversa lascia un po a desiderare. NON CONSIGLIO!

Totally negative experience. From expectations it seemed like a good hotel. This was not the case! Wrong rooms, they were supposed to give me two doubles and instead they gave me one... a constant bad smell came from the bathroom, the window was broken so you couldn't get out or even close it. Loud music nearby at night until almost morning. Savory breakfast only, broken coffee machine, broken window so you have breakfast with jackets in the summer, in the freezing cold. The cleaning of the room had to be closed every morning, towels due by right were less than expected, unique! Toilet paper to ask for every day. Need I say anything else? I prefer not

The room was nice and very cozy with a balcony. It looked like the balcony had not been cleaned, the table was also covered in something with dust stuck to it, there were towels with holes and only one at a time. There are no slippers or dressing gowns here, I had to buy pajamas on the second day in Teranov, I was freezing in my T-shirt. There is a kettle and cups, but there are no spoons, tea or coffee, so I had to buy them. The second night we woke up to the stench of sewerage (I remembered the smell of the train station in Lviv toilets), the elevator was moving every now and then, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. So we decided to sleep with the window open, the stench was unbearable, naturally in the morning we ran to the pharmacy for a thermometer and cold pills. There is always no one at the reception, there was moldy cheese on the counter. Everyone has an expression on their face, like people are fed up with them. Wi-fi is only at the reception, they say the city center is nonsense, 4-5 tram stops to the center. When I bought it, I looked at the reviews on booking, and when I started monitoring it on Google, I was so stunned. The bed was changed once, we had to ask for toilet paper. Well, in general, we came 20 years ago for the thrill.

Open parking is available, the rooms are very small (even though we took a delux room). The breakfast is not bad compared to abroad. It's nice to be within walking distance of the center
