호텔은 전체적으로 깨끗한 인상이었으나 청소상태 불결하고 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 옆방 소리가 다 들립니다. 슬리퍼가 있다고 표시되어있는데 없었어요. 청소를 매일 해주지 않고 신청해야 하는데 카운터에 얘기해도 해주지 않아서 6일동안 방청소 서비스를 못받았습니다. 샴푸나 비누도 작은 것 하나만 주어서 불편했어요. 음식조리도구도 빈약합니다. 배수구가 계속 막힙니다. 여러모로 불편했어요. 시내와의 거리는 좋습니다. 관광 목적으로 잠시 오가기엔 괜찮습니다.

Questa struttura è magnifica per quanto abbiamo. Abbiamo preso la stanza grande con cucina ed era fantastica, attrezzata con tutto quello che ci serviva. Supermercato Lidl a 5 minuti a piedi. Due fermate autobus per due diversi autobus a 3 minuti a piedi. Fermata metro a 10 minuti a piedi. Fermata tram a 10 minuti a piedi. Il centro lo si può raggiungere o a piedi a 15 minuti o con i mezzi come abbiamo fatto noi. L’aeroporto sta a circa 40 minuti e abbiamo preso la metro e un bus. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel

Abbiamo prenotato tre appartamenti, quello occupato da me e dal Mik compagno era in uno stato imbarazzante. Incuria e sporcizia, assolutamente da evitare. Abbiamo trovato letto matrimoniale con la biancheria di un lettino. Materassi e cuscini pieni di aloni gialli. Le lenzuola erano già sporche e con capelli. Abbiamo dormito sdraiati immobili sull'unico asciugamano che ci hanno fornito. Davvero uno schifo!!!

Terrible is an understatement. We took 5 rooms because we are a big family and we found dirty beds, broken sheets and towels. At first only one towel, we had to request at least one more. Dust, mould... It's much more. There would be too much to tell. Icing on the cake: rude staff! Absolutely avoid!

I stayed in this property with my family: we were a group of 11 people who stayed in 5 rooms (if they can be defined as such). The conditions were at the limits of liveability: dirt was everywhere, from the floors, to the bathrooms, even to the beds, whose linen (pillows, sheets and blankets) was all stained with yellow stains and blood splatters. Towels were scarce for all occupants (only one per person) and were dirty and broken. The staff proved to be uniquely rude, they even laughed in our faces at our complaints and requests to resolve the problem. My mother-in-law contracted conjunctivitis due to the filthy hygienic conditions of the place. The doors were broken: I tried to turn the key several times to gain entry and the handle also came loose from the rest of the door. The floors are filthy and the bathrooms have leaks and non-functioning fixtures, with all the traces of previous stays (the toilet brush will give you the clearest proof of this). It was a waking nightmare that ruined our stay. Rather better to sleep on the street!
