Hotel Vaishnavi

My experience was too bad. They have given very bad service. Staff is not cooperative. I reached hotel @ morning 7. 30 a. M i had booked two deluxe ac suit. I request them to available at least one room to take bath. But they said hotel is full u have to wait till 12 noon. As our check in time is 12 noon. I was seating in hotel till 11 am in hotel only three room was full and all other rooms were vacant. But they did not allow me to stay before check in time. Further they provide me bed sheet for extra bed it was torn. Toilet was not clean. Also their restaurant is not as per photo shared on hotel. It is too small and uncleaned. My and my family experience was too bad in this hotel.

Images are actual old as compared to recent property. Service is too slow. We asked about beverages, extra mattresses and towels but they took hours to provide. Parking space is not enough and it was full. Complementary breakfast was finished and when we asked to ***age they simply failed to fulfill our needs. Very unsatisfactory.

It was a nigh**are. The room was extremely unhygienic with old and worn out furniture. The wallpaper was peeling off and the colour of the walls was fading. The hotel starts from the second floor, but unfortunately, the lift was out of order. In addition, there was a foul smell in the lobby. The breakfast was also disappointing. In short, the overall experience was not good.

Property was not good customer service very bad don't suggest any one this property food was ok over all bad experience

Property location is good also room is nice. Breakfast is good but they don't give to service on table.

Hotel is good, near to station and breakfast is also good. Service is good.

Early check in was denied even though rooms were avaulable. Non flex i ch k in and ch k out timings ac cooling was not upto the mark. Washroon door locks were faulty. Wc was not cleaned. Soaps and towels provided after ch k in deinking water was not provided. Breakfast service was good frontdesk service was not good and polite. Wont recommend family to stay.

We booked ac triple sharing room. Separate bed for third person not available. Ac was not cooling horrible hygiene related issue property is not properly maintained. Horrible service overall very bad experience. Extremely overpriced compared to price and quality of rooms and services offered

I booked a delux room and they gave a room which was too small and not clean then after speaking to a receptionist he shifted me to another room. But the room was not at all clean bathroom was very dirty and fan an ac both were not working properly. I did not like the stay at all.
