"Rooms, toilets and bathrooms are not clean. Rooms are not in good condition. Like walls and curtains are dirty. I found cigarette buds, packets inside the room and entire room in very bad condition when keys are given to me. When raised this issue with reception. I got a very rude answer. They said to me if you book you will get this type of room. I booked 2 non ac rooms and got this type of service. Very unprofessional, unhygienic and pathetic service. I would never recommend this hotel for a stay. Very bad decision for me this time to book here. . Not worth at all. My money go wasted. As the room is very small and cozy. Charges of the room is so high as if they have given me a suite room. And when there's a complimentary breakfast everything was not prepared well. I will never suggest anyone for this you will waste the money. ."

They were rude and not at all helpful , Worst service and management team , They did not carry luggage while reaching , Bad experience , Totally disappointment ..."
