GGuest UserGood hotel. Even though booked for non-ac provided room with ac on request and extra payment. Room is clean and quality of cot to be improved. Lift facility and parking facility available. Very near to temple.

GGuest UserHotel Surya Executive was not like what was seen in the photos. Don't know what rating I should give it to it. The rooms were typical lodge type. Staff untrained. Breakfast was not fully arranged till 8.00 am. Food quality was just ok. we had expected it to be a 3-star hotel as per the info given on the app and the charges paid. But no. it's nit value for the money paid. High-priced and no quality service and amenities.

GGuest UserLocation is good 5 mins from railway station. Rooms are clumsy. Needs more maintenance. The owner has constructed the hotel without any aesthetics with the only intentions to build rooms wherever possible making it clusterophobic. There is so much of commotion even in late night. The employees keep on talking in very loud voice on their walky talky. So if you need peaceful sleep this is not for you.

GGuest UserThe overall experience was average. They provided 1 towel when another one i have asked for then brought a torn towel and it looked dirty and they provided one small water bottle only, and hot water was not hot it was coming normal in hot water tap.

GGuest UserStayed overnight in executive room. Property is under renovation. Location and external ambience is good but service needs improvement. Wash basin and commode were broken. Washroom needs renovation. Drinking water and towels were provided on request. Kettle and tea/coffee making facility is not provided in the room, which is expected keeping in view the high room tarrif. Did not try food.
