One of the two best hotels in Andorra City, with a rich breakfast, comfortable rooms, and a modern and elegant lobby. It is in the city center and you can get anywhere in the city in just ten or twenty minutes.

The deluxe triple room I booked lacked a double bed. There was a sofa but no quilt. I asked for it three times. Sometimes I was given a blanket, sometimes a quilt without a quilt cover. Finally, I was given a sheet. I didn't sleep well at all.

Excellent établissement à tous points de vue. Pour contrebalancer légèrement cette note optimale, un regret : une salle de bains petite et peu pratique, et un coût de parking élevé (30€/nuit) même s'il est très pratique. Un point éventuel d'amélioration : une sorte de carte de fidélité pour les clients assez réguliers.

El trato del personal fue inmejorable. El hotel está muy bien situado, en Andorra la Vella, al lado de la zona comercial, cerca de Las Escaldas y a unos 15 minutos andando de Caldea. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, acorde con la categoría del hotel. La cama la encontramos especialmente cómoda: ni muy dura y demasiado blanda. El Spa del hotel es pequeño pero completo y agradable. Va muy bien para relajarse. Ojo, hay que reservar hora. También hay un gimnasio con diversas máquinas, que se ve al ir a Spa, aunque no lo probamos, que estábamos de vacaciones. Por la zona hay muchísimos restaurantes y el propio hotel cuenta con dos: El Instants y el Sottovoce. A destacar el segundo que es un Italiano gourmet. Cenamos de maravilla. Un saludo al metre del hotel, Victor, que nos trató de lujo. El hotel se merece las 5 estrellas, pero si que hubo pequeños detalles a mejorar. Se notaba que la habitación no la habían preparado antes de que llegáramos: hacía mucho calor; faltaban toallas en el baño; había una cafetera Nespresso, pero sin café; la smart TV tenía la cuenta de Netflix de un cliente anterior. Todo se solucionó satisfactoriamente enseguida, pero un hotel de estas características y de este precio debería cuidar un poco más esas cosas. Definitivamente volveremos.

My wife and I spent two nights here. We got off to a rough start as the front desk guy (Jose) couldn’t find our reservation and didn’t seem to exert any effort in looking for it. I showed him my confirmation and he eventually found it. Luckily, after checking in, things went well. We had a penthouse superior room that was very nice. Our rate included breakfast. Fruit and hot a la cart items at breakfast were excellent. The machine coffee was lousy, though - small servings, bitter coffee and the decaffeinated pods weren’t identified. They have valet parking which can be reserved. I highly recommend this as parking in Andorra can be difficult to find. Hotel is centrally located and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Excluding our check-in issue, the front desk was very helpful. Recommended.
