Beautiful hotel, very nice setting, the decoration is incredible. The welcome is ultra warm. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Our room had a view of the river and the ski slopes. All the staff took great care of us.
The breakfast was delicious, with a very nice view, a cold sweet/savory buffet and hot dishes on the menu. A real treat!
The spa extends over 3 floors and even a small outdoor pool. It is very clean.
The price is totally justified in view of the services provided.

Perfect honeymoon at the sport & wellness hermitage spa. From the delicious breakfast to the perfect hammam., everything was cozy chic and beautiful. The staff is there for any needs. You only worry about yourself and spending a nice time at the gym and spa. The Koy Hermitage restaurant was a real success, worth it. This hotel is surrounded by art and design everywhere. A wonder to look at from an artist's eye. Sense of detail and care. Would recommand 100%. Would come back again to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Most EXCELLENT HOTEL and SPA STAFF BEYOND PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY HAPPY SERVICEABLE The area is phenomenally, beautiful In the concierge, I want to mention Melanie and Nuria Our guide Sebastian was excellent and knowledgeable Sting was always there when we needed him. Always happy always friendly. Can’t say enough about him.
