uno de los mejores hoteles si hablamos de la calidad de servicio y las amplias y limpias habitaciones. De verdad muy atentos extremadamente amables y acogedores. Si prefiere senderismo - justo al lado queda Val d'Incles - no se necesita coche - se puede alcanzar a pie. Vistas del balcon fenomenales y el balcon si que tiene una buena superficie.

I stayed here for 2 weeks, and it was the most fantastic weeks of my life. a huge, varied buffet, a great swimming pool, sauna and hammam and massage options. Very clean rooms and a very friendly cleaning lady. The biggest asset is undoubtedly the staff. After almost a year I still know some of the names of staff members, namely: Borja, Victoria, Valeria, Pere, Jorgelina, Delfina, Juan Pablo, Angel, Oscar, Isac & Lautaro. (Every staff member was fantastic, I knew more but forgot some). I have one more question that I have wanted to ask for a long time: Which of the staff members mentioned still works here? I'm very curious to see them this summer! Very kind regards

Estancia excepcional !! El staff fantástico, desde que llegas a recepción, restaurante , todo increíble ! Cena variada y deliciosa ! Desde el hotel te ayudan a organizar todas las actividades , el transporte del hotel increíble !! Sin dudarlo volveré a hospedarme en Park Piolets! Súper recomendable !!!!

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and great location for skiing in Soldeu. Breakfast and dinner buffet included in half board were fantastic.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to the Gondola and back. Really convenient. The kids club is fantastic.
The SPA is also great but here is my only negative feedback. They charge you quite a lot of money to access the pool. I believe access to this facility should be included in the price.

The rooms were far to hot . The shower was either burning you or freezing cold . The pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was very good .
